We had a wonderful stay at Vasiliki’s beautiful house. It had everything we needed to feel like home. Every morning we were waking up to a breathtaking view and the rest of the day was well spent on the private beach area that is just 5-10 minutes away through the pines. Vasiliki is an incredibly responsive, welcoming and a charming host that made us feel right at home. Looking forward to more summer holidays spent at this wonderful place!

Great and friendly hosts

Very nice cozy flat with quality appliances. Sea view is gorgeous. A/C and heating working well. Location very quiet in Winter but surely buzzing in summer.

Our stay at Ioannes was really wonderful. The description of the pictures corresponds exactly to what we found: the apartment was modern and aesthetically furnished, tidy and clean. From the parasol for the beach to the ironing board to pots and pans, everything you need for a nice vacation was there. And you are right by the sea! Ioannes was very likeable and welcomed us kindly in Kalyves. We particularly liked the flexibility and hospitality of Ioannes: we were not only able to check into the apartment at 1:00 a.m. (due to the very late flight) without any problems, but were also greeted with a small snack. The contact with Ioannes was pleasant, smooth and problem-free. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

It's exactly next to the seaside! Clean and elegant, it was what we wanted! The host was polite and we communicated fast. Thank you for the hospitality!

A place like a paradise, we felt like home! Panos was very friendly, always checked on us if we need anything. Definitely want to stay there again, it felt like our private and peaceful holiday home.

Great place to relax and enjoy

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

Our stay at George's place was great. The house was clean, comfortable and right at the beach. Antonis was responsive and very helpful with recommendations

All in all, Vasilis' accommodation is a heavenly place. The apartment is in a quiet location, with direct beach access, loungers, deck chairs, SUPs. It has everything you need. The garden is fantastic and was a total adventure playground for our children. There are great taverns that can be reached by car in just a few minutes. In the evening, you can end the day wonderfully on the terrace/balcony and then fall asleep with the sound of the waves in your ears. Vasilis is a great host who provided us with tips before departure and also responded quickly to questions during the stay. Thanks Vasilis, we'll be back!

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Natasha’s place was lovely, the outside especially is really beautiful. The beach is not fully sandy something to bear in mind but the apartment has so many items provided for fun on the beach and water, including spare water shoes for walking over the rocky bits of the sea. It’s a fair walk into town but along a quiet road most of the way. Lovely relaxing evenings spent out on the huge terrace area in nice clean and quiet complex. Was wonderful stay

We had a great stay! The host was exceptionally responsive, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. He answered our questions promptly and made sure we had everything we needed, which made the check-in process and our overall stay very smooth. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable—exactly as described in the listing. It had all the essential amenities, and we felt right at home. One thing to keep in mind is that the nearest supermarkets and stores aren’t within walking distance, so having a car or arranging transportation is definitely recommended for grocery runs or other errands. Aside from that, it was a peaceful and pleasant place to stay, and we really appreciated the host’s hospitality. Would definitely recommend!

We immediately felt comfortable, great view from the two balconies - also good sun protection through awnings. Just down the stairs, already in the sea! Apartment already large, everything there and super clean. We will be happy to come back.

My family had a wonderful time, place is very quiet and pricate but at the same time it is 100m from the sea... Helena is the sweetest lady you can find in Greece, she made us feel at home. Her husband and nephew were also very kind people, we will definetely visit this place again!

Beautiful studio with very nice view. Very comfortable bed, although it was a sofa bed it was much more comfortable than the bed in some hotels. The kitchen is small but sufficient for a short stay or for simple cooking. The neighborhood is festive but the windows insulate relatively well from noise. The host is very friendly and responds very quickly. I highly recommend it.

Second time at The CruiseFlat. It has absolutely the perfect location… An incredible view of the sunset every single night… And it's close to groceries, entertainment, dining, and everything is completely walkable. Close enough to the city to be in the city, but far enough out to feel removed. Don't hesitate to stay here! It's first class! We had a great stay, a couple with our 5-month-old baby. The apartment is well-equipped, clean, and even nicer than in the photos. Sissy provided a comfortable baby crib, and communication with her was easy and pleasant. The location is nice and quiet, with a peaceful beach and the lovely town of Siviri just a short walk away. There’s also a big supermarket a few minutes’ drive away, and parking was always easy. The view from the balcony is stunning. It’s about 50 easy steps down to the sea, or a slightly steep but doable path if you have a stroller. Sissy gave us beach chairs, an umbrella, and helpful local tips. The balcony is next to another house, but the neighbors were quiet and it didn’t bother us. In the afternoons the sun can warm up the apartment, but there are ceiling fans in every room, and a new A/C is being installed. We felt at home and would love to come back!

Very beautiful space , beautifully decorated. Instant hot water due to gas. Ground floor facing on the street and not in an apartment building, there is no balcony. Difficult parking in the area to impossible and very narrow streets if you have a big car. There is paid parking at 500 meters relatively inexpensive. It could have been a little more economical for its features. However, it's a great choice for where it is.

Great location! It is walking distance to the beach with many restaurants options near by. We enjoyed our stay.

As per previous reviews, The apartment is in a fantastic spot and the balcony view is amazing. It is extremely clean and Maria was their to greet us on arrival with cake, and presents, which was very thoughtful. The entrance and the stairs up to the apartment arent the best, but it didnt distract too much from the beautiful apartment. 2 minute walk to bars and restaurants, lovely beach just outside, sunbeds are free at the restaurants if you buy drinks/eat food. Plenty of restaurants and bars. This accommodation is excellent if you want a nice relaxing chilled holiday. All cleaning products are provided. You can use Uber to get taxis to airport and airport taxis are easily available at airport to get to Maria's - about 25 Euro. Special Thanks to Maria for everything and also being on hand if needed. We are hoping to go again sometime soon.

Angelos, place was the perfect location to explore Thessaloniki. His place was so much bigger than the pictures show. Perfect for our family of 5. Pack n Play setup for our toddler. We would stay here again! Thank you
