Traditional stone house

This is a two-storey traditional stone house since 1934. It consists of a ground floor living room with a kitchen and a first floor with 2 bedrooms. The bedrooms are separated by a wooden wall. The first, has a single bed and the second a double bed and a sofa bed. They can comfortably accommodate 3 people. It also has a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine which can be used on request. The house has a balcony on the first floor and a large yard on the ground floor.

It is a house of about 79 sq.m., which is a few meters from the sea. At a short distance there is a mini market, beach bars, and taverns. Electrical appliances are available (dryer, iron, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, air condition, washing machine) The capital of the island, Myrina, is about fifteen minutes away by car.

It's a cozy house with his own yard, the house consist one big bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a single bed and we can add an extra single bed if there is a 4th person, a kitchenette and a bathroom. Ideal for families and for surfers. Easy parking next to house.

There is a mini market 5 minutes walk from the house, two restaurants, a great place for brunch and coffee ("Sathiri") and a playground . It is an ideal home for families and working groups.

Απέχει μόλις 2 χιλιόμετρα από την παραλία Κέρος η οποία είναι ιδανική για τους λάτρεις του wind surf και kite surf. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο, με εσωτερική αυλή. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, καθώς και έναν καναπέ - κρεβάτι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και τραπεζαρία .
