Apartment in an old school

Apartment at the sheltered end of the former village school. The apartment has a kitchen, an open bedroom and a bathroom. Sleeps four. Double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has a teacher's platform and outdoor stairs, so it is not accessible. The outdoor sauna is heated for an additional fee. The apartment is located in a quiet area, 8 km from the city center. The rest of the building is for the host's own use. There is room in the yard to stay and, for example, barbecue. Also suitable for families with children.

Winter-inhabitable villa on the shores of Lake Saimaa, accommodation for 8 people. No neighbors nearby. The property has a sandy beach, wood-fired sauna, lean-to, patio on the beach, well-equipped kitchen, Weber gas grill, 2 toilets, shower, air heat pump, 2 SUP boards, rowboat, trampoline, children's books and games. Close to a frisbee golf course. Here you will experience magnificent sunsets and you may spot the Saimaa ringed seal. Perfect destination for those who appreciate nature, tranquility and comfort, suitable for families with children.

Kaislan Tila

Kaislan Tila is located in the countryside, 22km north of Mikkeli. We live in the main building of the farm and there is a 65m2 separate apartment in the yard. The farm has animals and is surrounded by thousands of lakes in Eastern Finland and forest areas rich in natural resources. The nearby lake offers recreational opportunities, fishing, swimming, boating, etc. In the woods, you can ski, pick berries, pick mushrooms and just enjoy the peace and quiet. In winter, you can go snowshoeing, skiing and skating, weather permitting.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Villa Myllymäki

In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

Peaceful villa near lake

Villa Leikon – a holiday right next to clean nature and lakes. Cottage accommodates four people. There is room for two to sleep downstairs and two more up in the loft. The detached sauna building also has a spacious bedroom which accommodates two more people. In total six people can comfortably stay. The beach sauna building is nicely attached to the main building with an open terrace. The cottage is surrounded by almost undisturbed nature with enough space for outdoor relaxing.

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Villa Rautjärvi

This beautiful lakeside log cabin is located 25 km north of Mikkeli. Built in 2014, it invites you to relax and enjoy the peace and beauty of Finnish nature. The cabin is stylishly decorated with high-quality natural materials and offers a modern open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms with separable double beds (160 × 200 cm), a loft with a king-size bed, a bathroom, sauna, separate toilet, and a terrace. Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included.

Hand-carved log cabin, private sandy beach and jetty. 15 m to the shore of Lake Saimaa. The cottage is also warm in winter. Fireplace, air heat pump. Underfloor heating in the hallway, toilet, sauna. Kitchenette. The sauna is traditional with a washing area in the sauna. Wood-fired sauna stove with its own water heater. No shower. Hiking trail Orrain polku and nearby beautiful Partakoski and Kärnäkoski. Wi-Fi 100 mbps. Own well water.

Stay comfortably in Savonlinna's Old Town

The apartment is located in a neat apartment building, on the corner of the idyllic Linnankatu and Koulukatu streets. Nearby are the most important landmarks of Savonlinna; to Olavinlinna and the Provincial Museum is about 400 m, to the market square about 500 m. Right in the yard of the house is Little Two Playground and the beach. Savonlinna Hall is located about 1 km from the property. Keys can be picked up easily by agreement.

Remontoitu ja valoisa koti sijaitsee saaressa kirkasvetisen Saimaan rannalla n. 2km keskustasta. Tänne on helppo saapua autolla, bussilla tai kävellen - pääseepä rannasta torille puolessa tunnissa myös sup-laudalla. Parvekkeelle paistaa ilta-aurinko joten lämpötila asunnossa on miellyttävä helteelläkin.
