Scenic family cottage

We are two families who rent out our lovely summer residence in Veddinge Bakker. The residence consists of two separate houses that our great-grandmother built. The houses have been continuously renovated and appear inviting and family-friendly. It is 800 meters to the sea and beautiful views over the water and the landscape is peculiarly beautiful. The area became known in the summer of 2022 when the Tour de France completed a stage in the hilly landscape that characterizes Veddinge Bakker and the surroundings.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with whirlpool, a large kitchen in open connection with the dining- and living area with a cosy fireplace. The cottage is bright and located at well maintained lot. The cottage is a large tiled terrace, terrace furniture and sun lounges are included . There is a private log timber carport.

Just 130 m from a beautiful beach. The house is 55 m² and was renovated in 2021. There is one bedroom with a double bed (180 cm). Additionally, there is an annex with a double bed (160 cm). The kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There is a bathroom with a shower, as well as a small dining room with a wood-burning stove. Outside, you’ll find a wooden terrace of 130 m², a wood-fired hot tub for the winter months – and a lovely private sauna. Located in a quiet area.

Thee house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms (of which one is a view room), a dining room, kitchen and utility room. Nice unobstructed garden with 3 terraces, wilderness bath and nice field view. The house is close to several pleasant attractions close to Kalundborg. Suitable for couples and families.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Enjoy the beautiful view over the Great Belt while the fire crackles in the wood stove, or while you enjoy a good glass of wine in the large bright kitchen-living room. Go for walks down to the beach or in the woods, or light up the wilderness bath (NOTE: It is a wilderness bath without bubbles but with lights, lit with firewood). There are 8 real beds, plus a loft with 5 beds and an alcove. Note: Water and electricity are included.

Our house, embraced by nature and brimming with art, promises an extraordinary retreat.

On the idyllic Røsnæs in a hilly terrain lies this beautiful cottage of 92 sqm built in 2006. In the garden there is a wood-fired wilderness bath. The house has only 2 neighbors and there is a small forest nearby. Surroundings: There are many opportunities for hiking and cycling. Good fishing opportunities by the beach. Distance to beach with jetty 300 meters. Røsnæs harbor has a good sandy beach and swimming area about 3-4 km away. Golf course 1500 m.

This house is perfect for people who likes the nature. The house was build in 2021 with respect for the nature. When your outside, you can enjoy the big terrace with electric heated hot tub. You can cook over open fire at the end of the garden. You can play games and relax - all in privacy because the surrounding trees. Because of the big windows you can also enjoy the nature, when you’re inside. And our loving house is just 300 meters from the water.

Det gamle gårdhus emmer af charme, men har samtidig alle moderne bekvemmeligheder. Huset rummer et stort køkkenalrum og stue, to dejlige værelser og to lækre store badeværelser. I stuen er der også en 'foldeud' sovesofa, hvor to personer ligger super fint. Ydermere er der også en stor lækker topersoners luftmadras. Ejendommen omkranses af en fantastisk have med to siddeafdelinger. Huset ligger 50 meter over vandet og bare 500 meter fra dejlig strand.
