There’s one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa in the living room that can be converted into a bed. The kitchen includes an oven, fridge, and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and a small living area with wood-burning stove. Outside is a large wooden terrace (130 m²), a wood-fired hot tub for winter stays – and from week 42 in 2025, a private sauna. Quiet location.

We love our magical wooden cottage paradise, on the “island” of Reersø. The house is built from beautiful exposed timber, and is situated overlooking a marine nature reserve hosting thousands of birds including sea eagles. To the other side of the island, just five minutes walk, is a beautiful sandy beach. The huge open-plan living space is a great place to entertain or simply to soak up the peace. And the house is also child and dog-proof, for our own family!

On the idyllic Røsnæs in a hilly terrain lies this beautiful cottage of 92 sqm built in 2006. In the garden there is a wood-fired wilderness bath. The house has only 2 neighbors and there is a small forest nearby. Surroundings: There are many opportunities for hiking and cycling. Good fishing opportunities by the beach. Distance to beach with jetty 300 meters. Røsnæs harbor has a good sandy beach and swimming area about 3-4 km away. Golf course 1500 m.

You can cook over open fire at the end of the garden. You can play games and relax - all in privacy because the surrounding trees. Because of the big windows you can also enjoy the nature, when you’re inside. And our loving house is just 300 meters from the water.

Det gamle gårdhus emmer af charme, men har samtidig alle moderne bekvemmeligheder. Huset rummer et stort køkkenalrum og stue, to dejlige værelser og to lækre store badeværelser. I stuen er der også en 'foldeud' sovesofa, hvor to personer ligger super fint. Ydermere er der også en stor lækker topersoners luftmadras. Ejendommen omkranses af en fantastisk have med to siddeafdelinger. Huset ligger 50 meter over vandet og bare 500 meter fra dejlig strand.

In our lovely summer house there is space enough for up to 10 people. The house consists of four bright bedrooms with high ceilings and brand new king size beds. Two large bathrooms - one with a spa.
