Holiday rentals with beach access in Kalymnos

Sehr liebe und flexible Vermieter, die im gleichen Gebäude ein Café betreiben, welches abends geschlossen ist. Somit kein Lärm. Helle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Gute Matratzen, Handtücher und Badetücher nach Bedarf. Kleiner eigener Balkon, sehr großer Gemeinschaftsbalkon. Für mich war die Wohnung und das Umfeld optimal, da ich Ruhe hatte und die Restaurants abends zu Fuß erreichen konnte.

Absolutely loved staying here, best place I’ve stayed in kalymnos by far. The place is beautiful, homely and lots of little touches that made us feel right at home. Great location, quiet and peaceful. Joanna is an excellent host, very friendly and caring. We feel like we’re leaving with a friend. Hope to stay with you again in the future.

Spacious apartment right at the foot of all the main crags:) Our hosts are really friendly and helpful too. We will be back next year!

Die Wohnung ist direkt um die Ecke vom Meer, 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß hat man zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés, Bars und eine Kite Station. Der Strand ist super, es gibt schattenspendende Bäume oder Liegen mit Schirmen. Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, abgeschottet vom Straßenlärm oder dem bisschen Stadttrubel.

I had a lovely stay here when on Kalymnos for climbing. The apartment is located in the middle between the upper and lower road in Masouri, so it is sheltered from most of the scooter noise, while still being very close to restaurants and shops. The Trois Ilots climbing sector is also within walking distance. The sun rises just before 9 am, and sets at 8 pm, so you get as much sun as you could want on the large terrace in front of the apartment. From the terrace you have a lovely view of Myrthies, the ocean and Telendos. The owners are very friendly and flexible, and clean the apartment daily. I was working remotely during the stay and the WiFi worked perfectly for video calls and my other work. I hope to stay here next year as well :)

Logement idéal et hôte en or ! Le studio était parfait : situation à 2min de la rue principale, très calme, avec toutes les commodités principales dont l’eau potable ! Quant à l’hôte, Skevos a été adorable. En plus d’être venu nous récupérer au port de Kalymnos pour nous conduire à l’hébergement, il s’est toujours rendu disponible pour nos questions. Il a même pris le temps de nous faire déguster quelques mets faits maison ! Merci à vous, nous reviendrons

Unser Urlaub bei Oskars Apartment war einfach nur toll. Wir haben Kalymnos nach nur einer Woche Urlaub ins Herz geschlossen. Oskar hat sich perfekt um uns gekümmert mit Tipps zum Klettern und Essen gehen. Er war jederzeit ansprechbar. Alle Tipps haben uns mega geholfen und den Urlaub erfolgreich starten lassen. Der Meerblick und die Ruhe im Appartement haben uns den Urlaub ebenfalls sehr genießen lassen :) Wir kommen wieder :)

Evi is sooooo nice and friendly and kind and always happy to talk and help. The location is beautiful, there are a lot of possibilities to sit on the terrace and enjoy the sea view or sunset. Restaurants and a supermarket are a few minutes walk away, as is the shore. Personally, I struggled with the fridge compressor noises but this is in every accomodation that has amenities like that (I also hate air conditioning etc.- I sleep with headphones on vacation on principle now). general info: Not the ideal city in general if you come by normal car (there is a parking lot close-by that is ok, but depending on where you want to go within the city/cities, GoogleMaps is not your friend, it will try to send you through back alleys made for Smarts, Aygos and scooters) :P Tap water not drinkable! But easy lesson learned upon first contact with it because it is almost as salty as the sea.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Katerina connected us with a driver who picked us up at the ferry terminal and who knew how check-in worked and everything (Which made getting into the house SO EASY). We didn't rent a car, and we didn't need to! This location is so walkable to everything from groceries to climbing to restaurants. And don't even get me started about the cats who like to come and visit!! We made friends with all of them and gave them names! I am jealous for whoever gets to go stay there next!

Lugar tranquilo e íntimo en esta época del año (Semana Santa). Cabaña pequeña y acogedora, cuenta con lo mínimo e imprescindible. En plena playa, el sonido de las olas y los atardeceres increíbles compensa indudablemente la simpleza de la casa. El anfitrión, Giorgios, muy atento y amable en todo momento. Nos ha ayudado mucho con las gestiones de logística. Para nosotros ha sido la estancia ideal, volveremos sin duda!

Selva is a great and kind host, she responded to my requests very quickly and made me feel like I was in my own home. The view from the apartment is amazing and so close to all the great places in yalikavak. Would recommend this place to any of my relative and/or friends!

A beautiful house in the most amazing location, just across the road from the water’s edge and a short walk from the pretty harbour with some lovely tavernas. The host was really helpful and everyone in the area was super-friendly. It was the perfect spot for a few nights exploring the island.

Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf den kleinen Hafen von Kamari. Giannis war jederzeit gut erreichbar, hat schnell geantwortet und uns bereits drei Tage vor der Anreise alle wichtigen Informationen zukommen lassen. Ein kleiner Punkt, der uns etwas überrascht hat: Einer der Hauptgründe, warum wir diese Unterkunft gebucht haben, war der Eindruck auf den Fotos, dass sie völlig allein auf dem Hügel liegt. Tatsächlich ist jedoch direkt daneben (auf gleicher Höhe) ein weiteres Apartment angebaut. Dadurch kann man sich gegenseitig gut sehen und auch hören, wenn man auf dem Balkon sitzt, da die Entfernung recht gering ist. Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

viaggio in 2 coppie di amici, scegliamo questa casa nella posizione a nostro avviso migliore dell'isola perchè si trova nella baia di Kefalo che è la piu riparata anche in caso di vento. Questa è la casa che ogni ospite vorrebbe trovare: posizione perfetta, pulitissima, spazi ben organizzati, zanzariere alle finestre e in casa trovi tutto cio che ti può servire. Yiannis Host attentissimo, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni per una vacanza ottimale sull'isola e al nostro arrivo torta ancora calda frutta e verdura freschi. A fianco della casa la taverna degli zii dove si mangia molto bene se venite a Kos, questa è una scelta ideale.

Erdem bey ve eşi çok ilgililerdi. Daha konaklama yapmadan bizimle hep iletişim halindeydiler. Biz bayram dolayısı ile gittik kendileri bayramda bile hep orda bizlerle ihtiyaçlarımızla ilgilendiler. Hâlâ böyle insanlar var mı ? Diyecek kadar mutlu ayrıldık. Tekrar bir bodrum tatili için aynı yere rezervasyon yapılacak kadar samimi temiz ve rahat bir yerdi.

Das Appartement hat einen herrlichen unbezahlbaren Blick auf den Hafen vom Balkon aus! Es ist einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, in der Küche kann man gut kleine Gerichte zubereiten. Die Wohnung wird gereinigt und es gab 3x in 6Tagen frische Handtücher. Suzanna ist eine herzliche und fleißige Frau, sie hat uns einmal mit Kuchen überrascht, ein anderes Mal mit selbstgemachtem Frischkäse aus Milch ihrer Ziegen- sehr lecker! Mit dem Abholen vom Hafen hat es bei uns nicht geklappt, wahrscheinlich war zu viel zu tun, wir konnten dafür schon um 13.00 einchecken. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen.

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and right next to the water, Skala center, and a taxi station. Our hosts were so kind and welcoming - they even met us at the port when we got in at 2am and had breakfast and snacks for us!

Na het lezen van de fantastische reviews hadden we hoge verwachtingen en het was zelfs nog beter! We beleefden een fantastisch tijd van aankomst tot vertrek. Vasilis en Manolis ontvingen ons persoonlijk, hartelijk met een rondleiding door het mooie verblijf, een koelkast met lekkers verzorgd door Nia. Er lag zelfs een welkomsgeschenk, zo attent! Het verblijf netjes, knus en alles was voorzien voor een aangenaam verblijf. We sliepen er heerlijk! Stil, airco en de matras was top! Het gezellig terras was perfect om maaltijden te nuttigen. Met sfeerverlichting s’avonds. Maar wat deze plek echt heel bijzonder maakte was de warmte en vriendelijkheid van de familie. Voor de verjaardag van mijn man hadden ze zelfs een verrassing. Ze waren altijd beschikbaar maar gaven ons ook ruimte. De perfecte plek voor wie op zoek is naar rust, griekse gastvrijheid een warm thuis gevoel, goede ligging tussen de locals. Vasilis, Manolis en Nia zitten in ons hart. Tot snel en oprecht bedankt voor alles 🙏🏻 🫶.

We had a wonderful time in Kos! Dimitra was an incredibly helpful and kind host from beginning to end. The apartment had everything a long-term traveler might need — it was spotless, fully equipped, and perfectly located within walking distance to everything. Dimitra saved us so much time with her amazing recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and historical sites — and every suggestion turned out to be fantastic. Thanks to her proactive approach, quick responses, and overall helpfulness, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She truly made our holiday even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone visiting Kos!

Vi er svært fornøyde med vårt opphold i Ioannis sin leilighet. Vi ble møtt med vennlighet og veldig god service av Ioannis! Leiligheten var litt liten for fem jenter, men godt utstyrt med alt av fasiliteter. Det var rent og ryddig. Vi elsket beliggenheten, da det var kun to minutter gange til stranden og ca femten minutter unna gamlebyen.

We stayed at Koralli studios for 2 weeks. It was everything we hoped it could be. Nikki was very helpful with everything from booking us a cab from the airport, to offering to help with the ferry schedule. The studio is simple and had eeverything we needed. It's steps away from one of the main beaches and very close to great rrestaurants. The studio was professionally cleaned 3 days a week. We were so thankful to stay at Nikki's place. She was a great host!

Kos’ta kalacağınız en güzel evlerden biri.Temiz ve konumu dolayısıyla oldukça merkezi. İstediğiniz her yere yürüme mesafesi ulaşabilirsiniz. Harika bir tatil geçirdik. Manolis çok misafirperver bir ev sahibi. Rahatlıkla tercih edebilirsiniz.
