A spacious studio apartment with a kitchen and a hall. It features one double bed and two single beds, and a large balcony overlooking Gattilusi Castle. The entrance is next to the "Lefkos Pyrgos" bar; however, there are stairs leading up to a quiet area away from the bar. The apartment includes an electric stove for cooking and a refrigerator.
