Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kamen

A large, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment - perfect for 2 couples - in a leafy neighbourhood just outside the Old Town within easy walking distance to harbour and attractions. Ljiljana was very responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Daniel’s apartment is spotlessly clean and appointed with every conceivable amenity one could think of needing while staying there. We had Daniel pick us up at the airport, and immediately felt “at home” after our long journey from San Francisco to Spit. Upon reaching the apartment, we were welcomed by an incredible charcuterie platter prepared by Daniel’s mother that included the best prosciutto we’ve ever had! The apartment is thoughtfully designed and stocked with everything from milk and juice in the refrigerator, to lotions, sunscreen and shaving cream in the bathroom. Without question, the standout quality of our stay was Daniel. His recommendations for places to go, restaurants, etc were superb. We hired him one evening to take us to a hilltop winery overlooking Split, and we got to meet his girlfriend, too. At the end of our stay, we felt like we had a new friend in Split, and even invited Daniel and Mila to visit us in San Francisco!

Thank you for the lovely stay. It was very comfortable for our family of four. Darko was accommodating and helpful the entire time, including catching us before we left a bag behind and bringing it to us at the ferry! What a lovely host. The location is perfect -- easy access to the pedestrian zone, restaurants, the park. But not as busy as staying right in Old Town Split. There's a beach a 15 minute walk away which was also nice and easy to access.

Vår vistelse var bättre än vi kunde förväntat oss. Vi fick trevligt bemötande när vi kom och vid flera tillfällen hade Marija lämnat mat till oss, vilket var mycket uppskattat. Det var enkelt att ta sig in till centrum av Split med Uber. Boendet var trevligt och vi fick allt vi behövde.

Robert and Natalija were great hosts. They were easy to communicate with as to location and checking in. Robert met us and took us to the apartment. The apartment was in a wonderful location in the middle of Diocletian’s Palace and very walkable to everything. It was extremely clean and had everything you would need for a long term stay. Unfortunately we only had one night. I would say this is one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in on Airbnb. If we are in Split agin I would definitely stay at Natalija and Robert’s place.

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. Ein traumhafter Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Villa! Wir haben eine unvergessliche Zeit in dieser tollen Villa in Kroatien verbracht! Das Haus ist einfach perfekt – die Zimmer sind stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, die Möbel hochwertig, und die Terrasse mit dem Pool ist ein echtes Highlight. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön geht an die lieben Besitzer, Tanja und ihren Mann. Sie waren von Anfang an super herzlich und hilfsbereit – immer zur Stelle, wenn wir Fragen hatten, und mit vielen tollen Tipps zur Umgebung: wo man frischen Fisch kaufen kann, wo man ein Boot mieten kann und vieles mehr. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub suchen! Danke für alles an Tanja und Stipe!

We had a nice stay in the apartment. Great location- easy walk to Marjan park, ferry/train/bus stations, Old town, grocery stores, restaurants. Clean and well equipped, quiet at night. Nice to have an outdoor space. Recommend as a great place to stay.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

Such a helpful host and always open to assist us, whether that was driving us to the supermarket or barbecuing for us :) the house was great, with a nice pool and overall good amenities. We had the time of our lives!

Lovely place - stayed here with 6 friends for 1 week, the villa was clean and in great condition. Great amenities and location too, only a short walk into the city centre. The managers and owners were very helpful and responded quickly to our requests.

This is a really beautiful, cosy house in Sutivan. Wonderful location on a quiet street close to the beach, cafes, etc. only 5 mins walk. Really high quality interior and great space. Sleeps 6 easily, we were 4 so perfect since for us. As others have noted, 3rd bedroom is accessible through another, and is a kind of loft room. The pool was super, kids loved it so much was hard to get them to the beach! Also hot tub a bonus on the day it was chilly. 100 % recommend. Would love to stay again if we came back to Brac.

A perfect Airbnb, looked exactly like the pictures apart from the stunning balcony which was even better in person for enjoying dinner outside with a wonderful view. The host always responded quickly and had lots of helpful recommendations which we took full advantage of. The location was also ideal and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted within 5-20 minutes. The apartment kitchen was fully equipped and perfect for cooking dinner, we would love to visit again!

We loved our stay in Split at Bojan’s beautiful apartment! The place had everything we needed for our family of 4. Location was great for walking to town or to the local beach. Bojan and Inga were super helpful and responsive to any questions we had during and before our stay. They sent us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We would definitely come back to Split and their apartment!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen getroffen wenn nicht sogar übertroffen. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber und man hat sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das gegenüberliegende Ufer und das Meet war jeden Morgen beim Frühstücken ein Highlight. Das Meer ist in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar und auch die Fähre nach Split ist in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. In der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Restaurants und Strände. Niki hat uns einige Empfehlungen gegeben. Zudem war er für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns sofort weitergeholfen, wenn benötigt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

J’ai passé 3 nuits chez Tania et je recommande le logement. Il est assez facile de se garer gratuitement dans la rue, le logement est très propre et bien décoré, on se croirait à l’hôtel. Le nécessaire était fourni, Tania a su répondre rapidement à mes questions et me donner de bons conseils. Le logement est très bien situé, à 10min du centre, il y a une petite plage à 8min aussi c’est top. Peut être un peu de bruit à signaler mais ça, ce n’est pas de sa faute. Merci pour l’accueil je recommanderais à tous!! Vous avez très bon goût déco !

Ankica’s place was perfect. My friends and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The place looked even better in person than in the photos—every detail was perfect, and the space was spotless and spacious. Ankica was absolutely wonderful; despite our late arrival, she waited up for us with a warm welcome, making us feel right at home. This stay truly exceeded our expectations, and we can't recommend it enough!
