Holiday rentals with beach access in Kamena Vourla

Τρομερό διαμέρισμα, σε απίστευτο σημείο και φοβερός οικοδεσπότης ! Το σημείο είναι μια cart postal και το σπίτι πραγματικά είχε τα πάντα μέσα. Μέχρι και μπυρίτσες μας είχα αφήσει. Εύγε στο Νικόλαο για το σπίτι

Εξαιρετική διαμονή σε ένα πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο το οποίο ήταν ακριβώς όπως στην περιγραφή. Εξαιρετική σχέση ποιότητας-τιμης και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία σε ήσυχη γειτονιά. Η Ελένη απάντησε όλες τι απορίες μας άμεσα και μας βοήθησε πολύ. Συνιστάται για διαμονή στην περιοχή!!

Der Aufenthalt in Itea hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, wenige Meter zum Meer und zu den zahlreichen Cafés oder Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist groß genug und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Bad ist klein, aber ausreichend. Es ist eine Klimaanlage vorhanden, die wir im Mai aber noch nicht brauchten.Der Kühlschrank schafft auch tiefe Temperaturen, hervorragend für ein kaltes Bier auf dem großen Balkon. Er ist natürlich das Highlight mit einem Blick über den Golf von Korinth und über Itea. Von Itea aus gibt es viel zu erkunden. Delphi, zahlreiche kleinere Küstenorte und auch Athen ist noch in Reichweite. Schönen Dank auch an unsere deutschsprachige Gastgeberin Marie Luise für die nette Unterhaltung und die Tipps. Preis Leistung ist hervorragend.

Το σπίτι είναι εγγύηση με διαφορά !! Ο οικοδεσπότης τρομερός καθαρό μεγάλο με Όλες τις ανέσεις συνίσταται ανεπιφύλακτα Απλά τρομερό ! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!

Het appartement was heel erg nieuw en geheel in onze (moderne) smaak ingericht. Het lag vlak bij de boulevard en het strand, alles op loopafstand. Een ideale uitvalsbasis voor ons bezoek aan Delphi.

Am avut o vacanta minunată in aceasta locație, unde nu ne- a lipsit nimic. O gazdă primitoare, caldă, ne- a stat la dispoziție pentru orice solicitare. Apartamentul cu toate dotările de care am avut nevoie, curat si cu o poziționare extraordinara. Practic ,de pe terasa intri in mare. Si peste toate acestea .. liniștea de care avem atata nevoie.

Όλα καλά τοποθεσία και σπίτι άψογα

Υπέροχο διαμερισμα, ιδανικό για οικογένεια ή για παρέες. Εξαιρετική ποιότητα παροχών, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο, μπροστά στη θάλασσα. Σε ιδανικό σημείο ανάμεσα στον Άγιο Κωνσταντίνο και τα Καμενα Βουρλα, κοντά σε υπέροχες παραλίες. Η Βαγια ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμη για οποιαδήποτε πληροφορία χρειαστήκαμε και η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άψογη. Η κόρη μας λάτρεψε το κρεβάτι κουκέτα αλλά και το τεράστιο μπαλκόνι και το σαλόνι, όλα σε άψογη κατάσταση. Υπήρχε η δυνατότητα έξτρα καθαριότητας με ελάχιστη χρέωση, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα. Η διαμονή μας ήταν ξεχωριστή και αξέχαστη. Θα το ξαναπισκεφτουμε σίγουρα.

The residence exceeded our expectations. An independent, tastefully decorated and well equiped house, cozy and comfortable all times of the day Nikos is a wonderful host. Friendly, easy going and helpful, but also very discreet. We would grab the opportunity to visit again anytime, 10/10 recommend!

Communication with the owner prior to arrival was excellent. To all my questions, I was almost immediately answered, re-evaluate - truthfully. The journey from Athens to the place The place is very friendly, the people are nice and kominkativní. Sea is 50 steps from the sea (exactly) beach as you provide our family used is about 30 steps dále.Moře is very, very clean and pleasant. In early July mněla perfect temperature. Regarding the house for our family (two adults and three children) - perfect. In the lower part we slept, the upper part used as a living area, a kitchen and a large terrace comfortable. The house was all that was needed, if necessary, washing machine (which is always useful with children ...) The place is very quiet, full of olive trees. There is no trade, it is necessary to commute 10 km away Achillio (from the owner we could use the car for a small fee on gasoline). Here you can buy almost everything. Most have praised the meat from the local butcher. Not far away, were also purchased from fishermen freshly caught fish. The place is pleasant summer bar, but we did not use too much - on the beaches were nicer kids :)). The Space I recommend to visit !!!

this place is heaven to wake up every morning to the sounds of birds, to the peaceful amazing view of a wide open sea, sourounded by trees and bushes which goes all the way down to the beach swim in a small sechluded beach with clear water i have not enough words for this amazing place I didn't meet Mania but communication with her was smooth and friendly i wish i had met you as you sound an interesting person to be friend with and hear more about your life thank you so much for everything. the cerenity of your place was very healing and will go with me

Loved that there were lots of pots and pans and just a bunch of stuff. It felt like home - a lot better than most airbnb's that are stripped down to the bare minimum. Less than one minute to a peaceful walk along the water. Even closer walk to a nice grocery that even had a bottle of Jamesons Irish Whiskey for sale.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία!!!! το σπίτι Πεντακάθαρο μοσχοβολαγαν τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες καθαριότητα και φρεσκάδα!!!!! όλα ήταν υπέροχα!!!!! Σίγουρα αξίζει να μείνετε σε αυτό το σπίτι!!!ευγενεστατοι και εξυπηρετικοί οικοδεσπότες!!!!!!

Όμορφος χώρος όπου σε έκανε να νιώθεις αρκετά φιλικά, ήσυχη γειτονιά και σημείο που είναι το σπίτι αλλά και κοντά στο κέντρο. Θα το ξανά προτιμήσω ίσως στο μέλλον.

Logement accueillant avec nombreux objets utiles, comme une vraie maison, petit-déjeuner offert (miel, confitures, oeufs, biscottes) :) Point d'amélioration, nous avons eu un peu froid et le logement est un peu humide en international mais sûrement très refraichissant l'été.Hôte amicale

On a great beach. A short drive to restaurants and a supermarket. Not walkable, but the beach and the view makes it a perfect spot to rest, relax, swim, and do laundry after a few days of hectic site seeing. It is a gem.

Φανταστικό! The apartment had everything we needed and more. We loved sitting on the balcony, viewing the sea and drinking nescafe. The location was perfect for easily walking anyplace in Itea. And one of the nicest areas of Itea. The best base for easy traveling to many attractions. I think, however, it would be helpful to know in advance that there are two flights of stairs to climb to get to the second floor. I realize the future plan is to install an elevator, but I think this is extremely important infomation. The only things I didn't find in the apartment were some ajax and windex for cleaning the bathroom/kitchen. (We were there for 10 days.

Appartement très confortable, propre et agréablement décoré en centre-ville face à la mer. Coin cuisine bien équipé. Nous retenons que le lit et le canapé convertible sont particulièrement confortables !

Bright, very spacious, pleasant appartment. Cozy, felt like home. Very well equipped, super clean. A nice veranda facing the small town square, where you can enjoy breakfast or a warm drink. Our host was very friendly and helpful, very sympathetic. Also flexible regarding our time of arrival, we did not have any problems in contacting him. The location is very practical, right in the middle of the small square (without being noisy), close to the sea (a small port, not a beach), easy access to the motorway. Free parking nearby. The wider region of Stylida is pleasant, with nice landscapes, good food, and a few beaches accessible by car (a 5-10 min drive).

Ευχάριστη διαμονή σε ένα όμορφο περιβάλλον, ευγενική οικοδέσποινα, ωραία θέα στη θάλασσα..με την πρωτη ευκαιρία θα επιστρέψουμε σίγουρα..εις το επανιδείν

Πολύ ήρεμη τοποθεσία, το σπίτι είναι άνετο,πεντακάθαρο και ακριβώς όπως περιγράφεται, ο οικοδεσπότης είναι εξαιρετικός, μας βοήθησε σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε κάθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας.

Our stay at Nikos's excellent apartment was wonderful!! Cleanliness, quietness, easy parking, security and full equipment!! The host is friendly, polite, helpful!! An excellent recently renovated apartment in a beautiful and quiet area in front of the sea!!

Πολύ όμορφη περιοχή με ησυχία, σίγουρο πάρκινγκ, καθαρή θάλασσα και μια πολύ ωραία ταβέρνα ακριβώς απέναντι από το σπίτι.

Καταπληκτικός χώρος, με ολες τις παροχές! Ακριβώς δίπλα στην θάλασσα! Δεν χρειάζεσαι αμάξι καθώς οτιδήποτε χρειαστείς φτάνεται με τα πόδια. Πολύ καθαρό, εκπληκτική βεράντα. Ευχαριστηθήκαμε ύπνο με το υπέροχο στρώμα! Ελπίζουμε να ξαναέρθουμε!
