We renovated a 100-year-old Kyomachi house to make it a little more modern. It is a house where you can feel the history of my house, which was a former clinic, with the vestiges of the Showa era. There is a small garden and an old piano. The house has two floors, but the first floor (about 66 square meters) is completely independent and can be rented.The entrance is independent, and part of the garden is also for guests only. It is a 3-minute walk from Toji Temple, a 5-minute taxi ride from Kyoto Station, and a 20-minute walk, and it is a convenient location for transportation to the center of the city and sightseeing spots. * The price displayed at the top of the page is for single use.(The price changes depending on the day) For 2 or more people, there is an additional charge of 3800 yen per person. In addition, the Kyoto City Accommodation Tax is collected, but the accommodation tax at this facility, 400 yen per guest per night, is included in the displayed accommodation fee. This is a renovated Kyomachi house near Gojo-zaka. A 100-year-old Kyomachi house has been transformed into a guest house where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the good old days. It is a luxurious natural material renovation that uses diatomaceous earth with deodorizing and humidity regulating effects, and unpolluted materials such as hinoki cypress and cedar, with attention to detail in the finish. The whole ceiling is covered with cypress, and the pillars, frames, and baseboards are also made of cypress, creating a space filled with the comfort of real natural materials and the scent of cypress. It is located in the Kiyomizu-dera Temple area, about 6 minutes on foot from Exit 4 of Kiyomizu-Gojō Station on the Keihan Line, near Kiyomizu-dera Temple, one of Kyoto's most famous tourist destinations.
