The wooden house is located 300 meters from the picturesque village of Gourri, in the pine forest between the villages of Gourri and Fikardou. Visitors can reach the village square and shops within a few minutes’ walk. The accommodation is located in a fenced three-level 1200 sq. Two independent houses are placed in the plot, each one on a different level. The house is situated on the third level of the plot with idyllic view of the sunset, the mountains and the company of nature’s sounds.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι πλήρως επιπλωμένο και διακοσμημένο. Διαθέτει ευρύχωρο σαλόνι με καναπέ κρεββάτι και πλήρη κουζίνα με καφετιέρα,ψυγείο,φούρνο,κουζίνα,φουρνο μικροκυμμάτων,βραστηρα,πλυντήριο πιάτων,πλυντήριο-στεγνωτήριο ρούχων, σιδερώστρα και τραπεζαρία. Περιλαμβάνει δύο υπνοδωμάτια, ένα γραφείο με δύο μονά κρεββάτια, ένα μπάνιο με μπανιέρα και ένα WC.Υπάρχουν δύο μπλακόνια και κήπος με καθιστικά. Παρόλο που βρίσκεται στο κέντρο των Λατσιών, η γειτονιά είναι εξαιρετικά ήσυχη.
