A wonderful house, ideal location for your summer vacation, just 300 meters from the wonderful beaches of the Ionian Sea, 15 minutes from the city of Preveza, half an hour from the beautiful Parga. It has a beautiful private garden with a nice courtyard and verandas. It can be used for your Easter holidays but also all year round since the house has a fireplace and air conditioning in all areas. In the area of Kanal you can find taverns, supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, etc.

At 100 meters there is access to a beach for swimming, and it is surrounded by a cluster of beaches that is more social than Lucha's most socialite.
