The apartment is located in the center of Tainan, with direct access to the elevator, and the entire floor is for private use. There are two suites with full bathrooms, a shared living room, and front and back balconies, suitable for families, second-generation travel, and gatherings of friends, and it is convenient to go anywhere. Surrounded by ancient monuments, it is a great location for walking to West Market, Zhengxing Street, Snail Lane, Hai'an Road, Shennong Street, and Narcissus Temple. Lin Department Store, Literature Museum and Confucius Temple are only about a 10-minute walk away, and there are famous places such as the Canal and River Music Square, which are quite comfortable and convenient. Located in the 400-year-old grounds of ancient Tainan City, the historical background brings stability and peace of mind. 民國49年建造的老宅-西元1960年-三年多前很有緣分的買下這年久失修拉圾雜物滿間的房子!經過了一至二年的構思及一年多的施作整修!終於完成了!保留絕大部份那個年代的原始建築!明亮的采光-磨石子的樓梯及地板-台灣檜木的門窗!能時時感受那個年代簡單知足-單純的美好!101年我當了爸爸生了個女兒叫(樂晴)我希望女兒這輩子都能很快樂幸福的過每一天都像晴朗的天空每天都很燦爛!她的到來是我人生中最幸福快樂的事!更是責任的開始!所以我把房子的名字以(樂)為中心點!故而把名字取名(樂宅1960)讓寶貝女兒知道民宿的名字是用她的名字取的。希望每位有緣份的朋友來到這。都能感到親切-自在-快樂! 更祝福你們有快樂的人生幸福的未來。歡迎你們的到來。 樂宅1960。
