Our house with a family atmosphere and magnificent unobstructed mountain views is located in the countryside and yet centrally, only 200 meters from the new Spieljoch cable car and only 5-10 minutes' walk from the village center.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Our bungalow is 57m² in size and has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room. The kitchen with dining area is very well appointed. The living room also can accommodate 2 people on the sofa bed. A small terrace completes the coziness of our house. You can park in front of the house in the carport with storage for ski, ski boots, tobogganing, bikes and everything that can't find space in the living room.

In summer we are the ideal starting point for bike or climbing tours. Golfers can reach the first tee of the Uderns golf course on foot. If you prefer water sports, the Achensee offers a varied program!
