The place and ambiance inside is great. The thing is when you enter the property there are 2 stairs so old people or disabled are not advisable to stay to this property.

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

Loved our stay here, the place is accessible to nearest malls, terminal and other establishments. The place is clean and the host even prepared a welcome note for us (very thoughtful). No problem during our short stay at the place.♥️

Cedric always responds quickly to my questions and concerns even though I booked the place the night before my stay. He was still able to provide the concise instructions on checking in and out within the short amount of time. The free parking space was definitely a plus point for me. Checking in and out was so quick it didnt even take 5 minutes. The bed is soft and the pillows are fluffy. I just thought it would be better to have an extra blanket provided instead of just 1. We enjoyed the PS4 and I was able to work efficiently with their fast Wifi. The CR is also very clean, complete with toiletries except toothbrushes (I was informed prior to checking in). Overall, we had a peaceful, comfortable, and convenient stay. There is also a mall on the ground flr, complete with restaurants, banks, and convenience stores. The place is also near malls, parks, and food bazaars, all within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a pleasant time here. Very comfortable. All that you need is there and the view is stunningly beautiful. This location is close to a big mall, good restaurants and bars. The hosts are very professional, kind and responsive. I recommend this place, especially if you look for comfort but don’t forget to explore the local area and Manila in general.

This was a great stay! I appreciate, first of all, the excellent communication with the host and co-host. They had their messages and reminders ready to go and they responded to questions I had quickly. Because of this, check-in was a breeze. There were no concerns from the reception and the building's check-in process was also smooth. The room used an access code which was really convenient because we didn't have to hold on to a key (which could possibly get lost). The room itself was spotless and smelled clean, we appreciate the additional amenities (bottles of water, coffee and tea, complete with shampoo, body wash and hand wash). Everything worked well, the air conditions were quick to cool up just after a few minutes. I just noticed that the lamp beside the TV has a bulb that's about to go out so we didn't use it. It was also peaceful, especially after waking up though it made sense that it was subtly noisy in the evening (because of Xylo nearby). Otherwise, perfect accommodation.

I really love Rose’s place! The location was close to Shangrila and Megamall and the greenfield district is also right around the corner! The space was big and the view faces Shangrila so you have a good view of the city! I would recommend staying here if you want a chill place within Ortigas/Shaw

Our 16-day stay at this Airbnb was truly wonderful! From day one, the host was responsive, helpful, and kind. Ms. Avic, in particular, was so sweet and friendly, making us feel truly welcome. 🥰 The space was spotlessly clean, with complete kitchen amenities and a neat, well-stocked bathroom. The air conditioner kept the room perfectly cold, and the bed was big and very comfortable—ideal for relaxing after a long day. We also loved the huge closet and the Netflix access, which added to the cozy, at-home feel. Security in the building was excellent, giving us peace of mind throughout our stay. Everything about the place—from cleanliness to comfort to hospitality—was beyond our expectations. It’s the perfect mix of convenience and warmth. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Whether you’re staying for a few days or longer, this Airbnb is a beautiful, relaxing space worth booking. Highly recommended—we would definitely come back again! I've stayed at several units in Soho Central and this one is as good as it gets. Clean, comfortable, great sheets and linens. The jeepneys and road-traffic on Shaw Blvd are a bit noisy, but slept great nevertheless. Looking forward to staying again.

Nestor is friendly and meticulously gave us an orientation of his place. We enjoyed the night market and food trucks in the neighbourhood. Shang and Megamall are within walking distance and big dog friendly. The condo is also big dog friendly which is kinda rare in the neighbourhood. Thank you for letting us stay! We had a good time!

There were many thoughtful touches to get you started. Internet was useful and problem-free. Everything was clean and tidy and the apartment is nicely decorated. It helped that I already knew the building as friends also have an apartment there, but amenities - supermarkets, outdoor eating/drinking, and shopping malls such as the smart Shang mall - are all within walking distance and it's a safe and lively area. There was a small issue dealing with the security desk on first arrival (but solved) and the keypad door lock was slightly hard to use at first but otherwise my stay went very smoothly and I would be very happy to use the apartment again so thank you, Mera.

Probably one of the best spaces in Fame. Clean, fresh-smelling, and thoughtfully designed, a smart home powered by Alexa. Despite being a small 1-bedroom unit, every inch is maximized and well-organized. The attention to detail is impressive, and they even provided courtesy water. What truly stands out is the owner's guidance and the clear standard they set for every guest. This is how every host should do it. Kudos!

We had a very relaxing stay at Amer's place. Despite the brief stay, the host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We loved the view from the balcony, fast wifi, so many ps4 games to choose from, the place was very clean and smells great. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to rest near Pasig.

My son said it was a "luxurious" place. It was child-friendly and has games to entertain them. We had a great stay and we felt very safe. The place smells nice and all appliance were working. It was easy to do grocery at a nearby supermarket. Malls were walking distance and has a 24/7 convenience store nearby. Ronald was quick to respond to our queries and was very friendly. Looking forward to book the place for our next visit.

The unit is conveniently located and one needs not to go far to get to places such as restaurants, malls and churches. Transportation is very accessible, too. Trish was always quick to respond to requests and very willing to adjust to my schedule.
