Das Haus ist zweistöckig. Wohnung mit tollem Panorama, großes Wohnzimmer mit Küche und 10 Quadratmeter großen Balkon, mit Grillmöglichkeiten. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 2 Zimmer mit Bad und Toilette.

The accomodation features include high speed wireless internet acces, -Smart Tv with radio chanels, ironing and washing facilities, tea and coffee-making facilities, toys for children, high chairs, portable cribs. It is free airconditioning and free parking. There are restaurants and pizza bars within 300 metres distance.

A lakás az 1. emeleten van, ami lépcsőn közelíthető meg. Főzési lehetőség jól felszerelt amerikai konyhánkban van. A hálószobában egy franciaágyon 2 személy, a nappaliban 2 személy számára kínálunk kényelmes ágyat. Kérésre kisgyermekek számára utazóágyat, etetőszéket, fürdetőkádat biztosítunk.

Az apartman 2025-ben teljeskörű felújításon esett át, a konyhától a fürdőszobáig minden modern, stílusos és gyönyörű lett. Tágas terek és minőségi bútorok nyújtják az utazók kényelmét. A közeli kis boltban minden napi szükségletet kielégítő dolog beszerezhetőek. Gyalogosan is 15 perc alatt elérhető a belváros. A közgazdasági és jogi egyetem 2 buszmegállóra, az orvosi egyetem 8-10 perc sétára található. Közelben játszótér, cukrászda, éttermek vannak.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, surrounded by nature. This authentic farmhouse was lovingly renovated by my architect father, with great care, attention, and dedication. Libickozma is a magical place, where our senses are soothed by experiences completely different from those of the city— the sounds and scents of nature, the crowing of roosters, birdsong, and the sight of lakes, meadows, and forests.
