It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

Sie hat einen eigenen Eingang mit Garderobe, der ausreichend Platz für Fahrräder und Kinderwagen bietet. Ein kleiner Arbeitsplatz ist in dem Wohnbereich integriert. Eine Terasse mit Essplatz und Blick ins Grüne gehört dazu.

Unsere zum großen Teil neugestaltete Wohnung mit Blick auf den Garten, den Ort und den Waldrand ist perfekt für eine Auszeit und liegt ideal zum Erkunden von Südpfalz und Nordelsass. Weinberge, Wald, Rad- und Wanderwege sowie Mountainbike-Trails befinden sich unmittelbar in der Nähe. Wir wohnen im selben Haus und geben gerne Tipps weiter.
