Five-minute drive to the Wharf or Blue Waters beaches. Please note that it's not possible to walk to the beach you see from the front deck - there's a lot of scrub and a tidal river in the way!

Tolaga Bay Farm Studio

Located 5mins out of the Tolaga Bay we have a sunny modern studio room with independent access adjacent to our main farm house. It has a queen sized bed, desk & chairs, modern ensuite bathroom, area for making tea/coffee/toast and a fridge. We are a working farm so plenty going on. Beaches within a minutes drive include - Kaiaua, Tolaga Bay Wharf & Cooks Cove walkway. Plenty of food options nearby or you can head up to Tokomaru Bay to the Te Puka Tavern or get a famous Paua Pie at Cafe35.

Beachhouse Studio at Wainui Beach , Gisborne

Our tiny house is tucked away on a peaceful semi-rural lane, offering a perfect retreat for individuals or couples. Just a 5-minute walk to Wainui Beach, known for its golden sands, surf, and views, and a short 5-minute drive to downtown Gisborne, you’ll have easy access to both nature and the city. We have basic bikes available for you to borrow, ideal for a leisurely ride around the area. Whether you’re here for a beach break, work trip or surf session this is the ideal place to relax.

Wheatstone Studio

Our modern, architecturally designed detached studio is the perfect accommodation for couples or individuals looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Situated on a hectare block with a relaxing rural outlook our house is walking distance (1500m) to Wainui Beach and a short (5 min) drive to Gisborne city. The perfect location! Our studio mixes a luxurious but informal bach aesthetic it’s the ideal place to unwind, relax and enjoy Gisborne. BBQ and surfboard available on request.

Magnolia Cottage

Enjoy the quiet country feel, close to town. Listen to and watch all the native birds, swim in the pool, take a walk in our lovely area, or simply relax in the spacious cottage with a drink. Inside, go up the spiral stairs to the cozy mezzanine bedroom (please note that it's low up there). The unique stairs are from the old star observatory on Titirangi (the local maunga/mountain)! The sofa bed in the lounge can sleep 2. There is a new kitchenette, shower, vanity and toilet.

Our self contained Studio is located behind our Art Deco home. It is located close to the " viaduct basin " of Gisborne - Restaurants, Kaiti Hill, Museum, Cycleway, Beaches and a short 10 minute walk to the river and Gisborne CBD. Our Studio is private and centrally located - a great place to explore all our region has to offer, easily. The studio is perfect for couples, solo travellers and business travellers. Self contained unit with incredible sea views

Tidal Waters Loglodge Unit, is a private quiet self contained unit, with outstanding coastal and rural views and is part of the amazing Tidal Waters Loglodge. Loisels beach is 10-15 minute walk away, providing fishing, diving, surfing opportunities, as well as beautiful white sand and safe swimming. The unit includes a comfortable king bed, fully functioning kitchen, separate bathroom and laundry facilities.

Beach loft Makorori

The Loft provides exclusive Bed and Breakfast accommodation right on the beachfront giving majestic sea views and easy access to town and country. We are located at Makorori Beach, just a 15 minute drive from the centre of Gisborne and just 5 minutes further over the hill to popular Wainui. The self contained, private apartment is fully equipped with a full range of cooking facilities and a private bathroom.

Tokomaru Beach

Our place is newly built, behind a historic building, only metres from the beautiful Tokomaru Bay Beach. The facilities are all modern, with heat pump/air conditioning, acomodating 4 people with style, comfort and ease. One queen bed is in the lounge as a pull down/retractable and the second in a separate bedroom. Shower and toilet is an ensuite shared by all guests but accessed through the bedroom.
