Where you can live comfortably surrounded by pine trees , olive orchids and sea views. New kitchen and amenities The house is equipped for 4 people ,though two can fit on the fold out couch easily. Our home is a great location to endure some peace and quite live -an escape from the crowds and major tourist areas yet close by if you wish to see the sights.

Traditional loft by the sea

Located on the beach of the picturesque cove of Karavostamo our house is ideal for families, group of friends and couples. The loft has a main space with a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and an amazing view from the balcony, while the upper deck has two double beds. Two sofas in the living room can also be converted into beds. Renovated, with a nautical theme reminiscent of the island’s sea culture and history. One can gaze at the horizon of the Aegean sea from each corner of the house.

Το σπίτι είναι 15 μ. από την παραλία και 10 μ. από την πλατεία του χωριού. Είναι κοντά σε ταβέρνες, φούρνο, μπαρ, μίνι μάρκετ, με άνετο πάρκινγκ στο δρόμο και βρίσκεται 5 χιλιόμετρα μόλις από το λιμάνι του Ευδήλου. Το σπίτι είναι ευρύχωρο και διαθέτει μεγάλο σαλόνι με καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι, μεγάλη κρεβατοκάμαρα, καθώς και σοφίτα με διπλά κρεβάτια. Επίσης, το σπίτι διαθέτει ευρύχωρη αυλή και μπαλκόνι με θέα στο Ικάριο πέλαγος για υπέροχα ηλιοβασιλέματα. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες και παρέες.

Όμορφη αυλή ώστε να απολαύσετε τη πανέμορφη θέα στο λιμάνι του Ευδήλου!! Απόσταση από το κέντρο και το λιμάνι του Ευδήλου 500 μέτρα. Ιδανικό για καθηγητές και δασκάλους αφού βρίσκεται σε απόσταση λίγων μέτρων από το δημοτικό και γυμνάσιο Ευδήλου!! Η άφιξη στο κατάλυμα ολοκληρώνεται αφού ανεβείτε μερικά σκαλοπάτια!

Δυαράκι Καραβόσταμο

Θα περάσετε υπέροχα στην ήσυχη γειτονιά μας. Αν και υπάρχει μικρη ελεύθερη θέα προς τη θάλασσα το σπίτι βρίσκεται 5 λεπτά (με τα πόδια) μακρυά απ την παραλία και πλατεία του χωριού(Καραβόσταμο), 15 λεπτά (με το αυτοκίνητο) από το όμορφο λιμάνι του Ευδήλου Ικαρίας και 25 λεπτά πάνω κάτω απ τις όμορφες παραλίες και περιοχές της βορείου Ικαρίας (Κάμπος, Γιαλισκάρι, Αρμενιστης, Μεσακτή). Καλώς να ορίστε και να εχετε ενα όμορφο καλοκαιρι.

Στην γειτονιά μας υπάρχει ,φαρμακείο,μίνι μάρκετ ,πρατήριο άρτου και καφέ καθώς βενζινάδικο και ιατρικό κέντρο.Το χωριό απέχει μόλις 1χλμ απο το Β.λιμάνι του νησιού,τον γραφικό Εύδηλο Ικαρίας όπου εκεί θα απολαύσετε,καφέ, φαγητό και οτι άλλο εσείς επιθυμείτε.
