Our villa is located in the most elite district of Fethiye and is very close to the center, the sea, entertainment, parks and sports areas, and is very close to pharmacies, hospitals, supermarkets and restaurants. Our villa, which has three suite rooms, has a Turkish bath, sauna and a double Jacuzzi in both rooms. In monthly rentals, water, electricity, internet and weekly cleaning are the responsibility of the tenant. Security deposit is $700 The pools are closed from November 1 to April 30 due to weather conditions.

The round pool is in the center of the house; you can get out of bed and get into the water in a few steps, and relax in the water while watching a movie. The playground and sauna are a few steps away. A shared pool is also available on site. Our à la carte restaurant serves in the area.
