Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kargıcak Beach

We booked this place for 7 nights, we found that the property was very nice and spacious, perfect for a couples holiday. The views from the balcony were the star of the show, we greatly enjoyed our morning coffee and evenings chats on the balcony overlooking the stunning views. The only let down was the garden, unfortunately it had not been maintained and we were looking forward to being able to use the BBQ grill, as advertised, however we were unable to. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend to anyone!

Beautiful villa! The best kept and maintained pool we’ve ever seen! The pool was maintained every other day by a wonderful couple. Willem was always available,if needed.safe and friendly environment for our 5-strong crew ages between 2 to 74 years old! Happy to recommend!

The house is very spacious and clean, and there is access to many beaches in 5 minutes by car. There is a laundry and dishwasher dryer at home and they have provided everything up to detergents. The towels were brand new, the sheets were clean, we were very pleased

Apartment is great! Good layout, perfect floor plan and a large balcony, plus the quiet location. Across the street and I was already on the beach, which is not as crowded here as further up to the cable car. The surrounding restaurants are also a little quieter. The supermarket opposite is one of the best in its group. Lots of fresh fruit and Turkish specialties, freshly prepared. Oezdal and his wife Eda are a jewel. Always available at short notice, in a good mood and available for information even in the middle of the night. I have often been in Alanya in private apartments as a guest at home. The apartment of Oezdal and Eda is now at a lonely peak! In the future, I will only stay here if I am allowed! This was one of the most beautiful apartments I've ever stayed in. In it you will find everything you need as if you were in your own home and more. The hosts are always ready to help and answer questions. All recommendations for this accommodation. I would always come back again if I come to Alanya❤️

The apartment is located in a very nice complex with many offers. Everything is within walking distance. Adem was very friendly and the communication impeccable. We were somewhat bothered by the fact that we had to specify the check-in and check-out times exactly, although a self check-in is specified. This is very limited in flexibility. In the future, a little more attention must be paid to the cleanliness ( e.g. crumbs in the oven from other guests). We were still completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.

Great location, easy walk to the beach, town and lots of amenities close by. Very spacious, internet was good, and having the office in the second bedroom was great to use. The apartment is very big a spacious too. Building has an elevator and two good size balconys. Wish we could have stayed longer!

It was a very nice holiday where we felt at home. The host is very attentive and responds promptly. Only in the kitchen was missing a toaster and no tea maker or tea kettle for tea.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location was incredibly peaceful and beautiful, with everything you could need just a short walk away. The host was exceptionally responsive, friendly, and respectful, making the experience even better. From the moment I arrived, this place felt like home. The walk to the sea took just 5-7 minutes, and there are great restaurants and supermarkets nearby. If I have the chance, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our stay was so pleasant, we wanted to cry when it was time to go. My children even made me promise to bring them back. We felt like locals and met many wonderful people. Waking up and seeing the sea and walking and seeing the mountains was just dreamy. After traveling all over the world, Alanya is hands down the most beautiful. We settled so quickly into the clean, homey surroundings and had everything we needed to make meals for our family. I will miss it so much! Thanks for EVERYTHING Simona and Mustafa!

In Alanya, we stayed at Yakup Erkus's place in Sol Garden for a week. The apartment is only 800 m from Oba's lovely beach and Cornish (8 minutes walk), and the single bedroom apartment is very nice in size. We found it like new, very clean and tidy, and had all the things needed for a very comfortable stay; Yacoub even had snacks, fruits, and water for us upon arrival. He was extremely friendly and responsive, ready to attend to all of our needs. There’s an outdoor pool (not open during winter season) and playground for the kids, and it has a good new coffee shop that served tasty breakfast, coffee, and turkish tea among other things. Yakup kept in contact with us to ensure our needs were met. My wife and I highly recommend the host Yakup and this place to anyone who is interested in coming to Alanya and is looking for a peaceful and calm vacation away from the crowds of Istanbul.
