The atmosphere was serene and the food was simple yet satisfying. I especially loved the spacious living/activity area with its elegant wooden flooring. Atul's place exudes an unpretentious charm, making it a perfect escape. I would gladly return for another peaceful stay.

Great place

We had a pleasant 2 night stay at the Sky Farm. The rooms were neatly kept and cozy. Lots of place within their compound for a lazy walk in the evening. It's lush green all over and just besides the river. Ram took care of our every need and prepared food to our liking. Over all good experience and would recommend others to look at this place for a weekend stay.

The place is pristine with good walk arounds. Being a monsoon season, few waterflows had started nearby. Not much crowded gave added advantage to my super responsive, Arlo (Doberman) and he enjoyed his freedom and guarded as if the place was his guard area. Overall, the food was amazing; however, the host charged us the delivery charges. He also insisted for Dog charges separately which was already included, I guess in overall price. Overall a good stay; would recommend for a group including dog lovers.

UniquePath estate spread over 4 acres of natural beauty is pretty Unique in its offering. This one is like your own little private hillstation with outstanding views of Hadshi lake, Tikona and the mountains behind. We woke up to sweet chirpy voices of birds ( which are plenty in variety and a good exercise to id them all for birdies ) and warm sunlight. The breeze at midday and atmosphere due to abundant trees around was very calm and serene. Had a good nap after delicious home made lunch on one of the rural cots ( baaz ) outside. We stayed in a room inside the bunglow but next time we are coming back for the tent experience. Awesome place with humble hosts that one has ought to try, forget about Lonavala folks...try UniquePath for a relaxed, rural experience. Thanks to Datta for his amazing hospitality and for personally showing us the entire estate. Cherishing those memories with plans to repeat the experience soon...

We loved the place!! In the words of my 30-year old nephew "in 3PF we found a gem". I can imagine that some guests might expect a more "classical" place with modern amenities. 3PF is a very well maintained, vintage place that reminds me of colonial style bungalows. The rooms and the beds in them are large, spacious and grand. It is quite sparse but tastefully furnished, with WiFi, though with no other technical clutter. There is a TV that, I think, we never switched on. We played some board games. There is a lake just about 100 meters away although getting there for limited mobility can be challenging. I went for a swim in it every day! One day we went kayaking. The staff at the house is competent and very friendly. They cooked delicious meals. Buying the groceries needs a bit of planning though as the market is a few kilometers distance away. For anybody planning to go there, I suggest to just stay on the property. Enjoy the peace and quiet... the birds, light a bonfire & sing songs!

Amazing stay in the nature’s lap. The hospitality is amazing and the cook makes great food. We did not go out because the house itself was so unique and amazing. We did not have Wi-Fi as mentioned in the listing but cellular network worked well. The house is self sustaining and an amazing experience in itself

Pranay is the definition of a super-host! From the time I booked, everything (check-in instructions, contact information, maps, etc) was communicated with great clarity. The rooms were cozy, clean, quiet, well-ventilated and has scenic views from almost all the rooms. The location is not far from the main city coming much before karjat and lonavala situated in the lap of nature makes it feel like a mirage, the villa touches the lake with an overhead view of the mountains. The large swimming pool with the slide and green patch in front of it with the music playing in the scenic view deserves a particular mention - It is beautiful! What made my comfortable stay a memorable one was - The Hospitality – from Pranay to the caretakers who made some excellent local food with an extra effort to help you with your stay. In addition to all this, the animals in (pet dogs, ducks, fish) and around the property (cows and goats) around the lake made the experience something very very special for my family, friends and kids! I got to spend a wonderful trip, getting in touch with nature in its divine form while at the same time getting all the modern amenities that we are so used to in our daily life. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying there again!!

Had a wonderful stay at Girijalsrushti. The place was clean, peaceful and spacious. Certainly exceeded our expectations as the property is even better than it is in the pictures. Lots of open space, enough to accommodate a large group. Hospitality is certainly the highlight of this property. The caretakers are very welcoming, courteous and kind and made us feel like home. Some of the best hospitality I have ever experienced so far. The food was also nice, made fresh upon request. Overall, a great experience. You should definitely visit if you’re looking for a place nestled amidst nature that’s serene and peaceful.

A fantastic Kokani villa with everything you need in the home itself. We were warmly welcomed by Gautam and his father. They made sure everything is good before we enter the house. They showed us around the house and left for a peaceful stay. Villa is cozy, kitchen was fully equipped, Swimming pool was super clean, trees arround the villa were well maintained and gave us konkan like feeling. Also there is inhouse cook to serve you. Our stay was pleasant. Property is absolutely serene and peaceful. Food arrangements are also really good. They serve locally cooked simple and tasty food in good quantity. Place was clean and tidy. Host was friendly and responsive too. Kitchen has all appliances and crockery one needs to cook. Would love to come here again :)

Ballu and Ruby were extremely helpful from the start. They even helped me plan a proposal for my partner, at a lakeside point near the Airbnb. They went over and above to ensure everything worked out as planned. The Airbnb is as shown in the pictures.. beautiful, secluded from the hustle bustle, and very peaceful. The food prepared by their team of caretakers was exceptional. The whole team was extremely warm and welcoming.. My friends and I had a wonderful experience here, and we would 10/10 recommend..!

I had been there twice, recently visited for a day out with my wife; and it was a good experience overall! The resort was beautifully maintained, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The check-in was seamless, and the care taker was very responsive and accommodating. The resort’s pool and garden were the highlights, perfect for relaxation, and the on-site dining option was nice. The location was ideal and quiet enough for a restful stay. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb stay for anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and great hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning!

The property is really well made, we were welcomed by refreshing drinks and a quick tour of the property. Most of the properties are well made but the food isn’t upto the mark, that’s where simar has focused on, and the variety on the menu is really commendable. You’ll have options right from your comfort desi food to international cuisines. They’ve got a separate hall for recreational activities like a pool and carrom table, which can be also be used to play some music and party, and it’s interconnected to the pool area..

we had booked the place for a bachelorette party and it was worth it.. food was amazing and not to worry about hygiene.. also the caretaker is very cooperative.. it's a beautiful location outside the city chaos.. quite refreshing.. thanks a lot.. we had a great time.. :)

The MGF is genuinely a farm stay with everything very thoughtfully planned and made. It’s clean and serene. The food is awesome and caters to even kids as per requirements. The common area is just like a shack with all facilities for chill time - music , games and just the correct vibe ! Mukul is super friendly and we enjoyed the stay!

The place was amazing and peaceful surrounded with lush green trees. It was really worth the money. Only things to point out is that the road was remote so that was bit of discomfort. Secondly, I guess AC needs to be fitted in Common area too, that would just make it perfect. Overall we really enjoyed staying here and it was perfect weekend Getaway. Nimit was very accommodative with our requests and Ganesh, the care taker was super amazing and just a call away in case any help was required. Amazing experience in short and must visit.
