Die Unterkunft ist ein einfaches altes Häuschen (frühere Werkstatt) auf dem recht "naturbelassenem" Grundstück der Gastgeberin, das Sie alleine nutzen. Die Wohnung mit 50 qm besteht aus einem Wohn-Schafraum mit Wohnküche, einem kleinen Duschbad und einer Kammer mit Schreibtisch (dieser Raum ist nicht zu heizen, die Küche nur sehr minimal). Das Doppelbett hat eine Größe von 1,40 x 2 m, ist für zwei Personen also etwas schmal. Sie können eine eigene, vor Blicken etwas geschützte Terasse nutzen.

Genieße das einfache Leben in dieser ruhigen und Zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. S- Bahn Anbindung mit dem Bus in 8 Minuten erreichbar. Im nächsten Umkreis Bäckerei, Metzgerei und Pizzeria zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Der Karlsfelder See ist 1,3km entfernt und ist eine Oase der Ruhe. Ärzte und das Einkaufszentrum sind 500m entfernt. Edeka, Aldi und Lidl ca. in 700m erreichbar. Ansonsten kann man auch im Garten die tolle Lage genießen. Es steht Ihnen eine gut ausgestattete Küche zur Verfügung.

Gemütliche Wohnung in Dachau

Unsere Wohnung liegt im 1. Obergeschoss in einer ruhigen, aber zentral gelegenen Wohngegend in Dachau. Sie ist sehr geräumig (1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Wohn-/ Schlafzimmer). Ab 5 Personen öffnen wir ein weiteres Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss des Hauses. Unsere Wohnung verfügt über eine eigene Dachterrasse. München ist über den nicht weit entfernten Bahnhof sehr gut erreichbar (ca. 12 Minuten). Aber auch Dachau und Umgebung ist sehenswert. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarf sind in der Nähe vorhanden.

FYI: we have a couple of chickens in the garden - morning ¨cock-a-doodle-do¨ included!!

Elisabeth's lodging is 1 km from the Moosach S-Bahn and U-Bahn station. (We like to walk but before our arrival, Elisabeth pointed out a bus that we could have taken to within 80 metres of her house.) The lodging was very quiet, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. We had our own toilet and shower in the house. Our room contained a refrigerator, a tea kettle, a coffee machine, a spacious closet, a balcony and a table at which we could both use our laptops. Elisabeth herself is interesting, kind and generous.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement spacieux, situé dans un quartier pavillonnaire très agréable et calme. Le logement est conforme à la description, propre et bien équipé.
