Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Karlskrona

Great place to get away, we went with our kids and they had a great time playing in the backyard and with all the toys in the house. The house is beautifully decorated and spotless, amazing!

This was our second time at the beautifull home of Johan. Perfect house on the perfect spot.

We were very happy to stay at Anna's house. I went with my father and the house was a good fit for our needs as two adults with separate bedrooms. As you can see in the listing, a lot of furniture in the house is from recycling. It has a lot of charm, but the dining table, for example, is a bit unstable, so you just have to be prepared for that. It was great with afternoon sun on the terrace, green right outside the window, and walking distance to the water. However, there was no ladder at the jetty (in early May 2025). It was a bit cold the house the first night, but it turned out we could just adjust the temperature on the heaters and after that it was a nice temperature. The house is close to beautiful nature and a short drive to Karlskrona. We hope to have the chance to stay at Anna's house another time!

I had a great stay at Helge's house! You can get to the island very easily and free of charge from Karlskrona. The ferry leaves approximately every 30 minutes. The few islanders were all very friendly and always greeted. The small supermarket is really very well stocked and has everything you need for weekly shopping. The house and location are at least as beautiful as in the pictures! You can only feel comfortable, switch off perfectly and forget any stress. Helge is extremely nice and accommodating. A really great host. He even has a newer boat than the one in the photo with more horsepower. I strongly recommend that Helge give a briefing, as it is quite rocky close to the water surface. I had a fantastic time. Good for dropouts, couples or family who can also occupy themselves. Price/performance was excellent!

We had a great stay, the house and the kitchen are super equipped. Location is quiet and private. Karlskrona is 30 minutes away by train or car, perfect. In the local small but well-stocked shop, there is everything you need. Our boys were successful fishing by boat and the girls enjoyed the sauna. Completely satisfied 🤩

It was a very pleasant stay, the house is beautiful, in a quiet area, a large garden with flowers. Great room for children, toys also available in the garden, kitchen equipped with everything you need. Very kind and helpful hosts.

We liked the place very much. Above all, the underfloor heating is very comfortable! Handling the fly screens requires some skill, but we managed it 🙃 Full recommendation!

Bev and Jerry were very likeable and authentic hosts who gave us many excursion tips and were always easily accessible. The apartment is lovingly decorated and very clean. Likewise, the garden and pool were very well maintained and the water pleasantly warm. The area is typically Swedish, there is plenty to discover, in nature and also in the surrounding cities. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back😀.

A nice accommodation, simple but cozy. Everything worked very well and it is well located to go to the village, Revhaken and Kronoskogen which are my favorite places in my place of residence.

Perfect accommodation in the outbuilding of a manor house and a large cow barn with nice cows and calves :-). The lake is just 200 meters away. Very pleasant communication with hostess Jenny. Unfortunately, we were only there for two nights on a round trip, but we were able to do a lot in Växjö (midsummer dances & cakes in the church) and Älmhult (IKEA Museum). Unfortunately, due to Midsommar, the museums in Växjö, which are definitely worth seeing, were closed for emigration (Fri-Mon). But everything was good at the lake in Linné Park. We felt very comfortable. For us, charging the electric car was perfect (2kW per hour at the 220V socket with our charging tile). Overnight, about 28kWh were in it again. For free. At IKEA, that's also possible :-). But more important was the beautiful landscape around it, breakfast in the sun, playing boules, discovering cows, relaxing and chatting with the neighbors.

Perfect place to stay if you are interested in exploring the region or need a stopover. We honestly could have used another day or two and will definitely save this place if we come back in the future! Pros: Very quiet and safe neighborhood. The place was very clean and spacious as depicted. There was enough space for our family of four to sit and relax comfortably. Fredrik was an outstanding and friendly communicator who made staying at his place very easy. No significant cons: It is a home basement. But this location is quiet with no upstairs noise, cooking smells, or activities to create discomfort.

I thought Ingvar was a fantastic and very understanding host. I hope he feels better soon!

We stayed at this property for the second time and were very satisfied again. The place offers everything you need, a great kitchen and above all sufficient space. We like best that you can also borrow the bikes and explore the national park by bike. The hosts are very warm and gave us great tips. We would definitely come back a third time. Thanks!

Excellent place. We were in a car, so it was convenient that the main road is close. Good space for 4 people. Nothing else to note.

Excellent if you are looking for peace and quiet. But at the same time close to various activities.

We were very comfortable upon arrival. The apartment was spotless and beautifully modernly furnished. We were able to cook very well, because the kitchen was ideally designed for it. The large bathroom with shower was also extremely comfortable. We also used the balcony regularly and the view of the water from it was of course super nice. The sleeping area was great, only an additional darkening would have been great. The free parking and keyless access to the apartment were great. We had a lovely time here during our Denmark-Sweden tour.

Modern and stylish apartment with a wonderful view of the beach, I would almost say that the location is absolutely perfect for being centrally located in Åhus! Daniel is a top host with a nice attitude, very helpful if we had questions and had super recommendations on places to explore in the area. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to enjoy the nice things Åhus has to offer!!
