Loft in St Pauli, bright, flooded with light. A large room approx. 90 sqm, open kitchen , dining area, separate sleeping area with double bed, bathroom shower/full bathroom The apartment is located in St Pauli, directly between the ski jump and the Reeperbahn, next to countless bars, pubs and restaurants. 3 min walk to the Reeperbahn, 5 min to the Schanzenviertel. This is where life takes place, it is a perfect location to explore Hamburg. The loft is located in the back house, therefore, despite the location, very quiet.

Lovely, central accommodation in trendy area
This spacious, loft-style flat is centrally located between the popular Schanze/Altona districts – right in the heart of the action, yet quietly tucked away in a green courtyard. The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the living/working/dining area with its own tea/coffee station invites you to linger. The large terrace with seating area is a wonderful place to relax. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

Beautiful City-Apartment next to Town Hall
Located within the Hamburg old town, my beautiful 40 square meter apartment is in the 3rd floor of an old office building, very quiet at night. It’s a great place for tourists and for business visitors as well, and you could hardly find a location more central. A lot of varied gastromy and the central shopping streets Neuer Wall, Jungfernstieg and Mönckebergstraße are in the immediate vicinity, you could reach the HafenCity by walk too as well as the famous Reeperbahn in 1,5 km distance.

Since I am currently traveling a lot, I am offering my NON-SMOKING apartment in a central location in the popular district of Eimsbüttel. The bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and cozy living room with a workspace provide everything needed for a comfortable stay or productive work. The location is ideal: cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries are within walking distance. The subway is just a 3-minute walk away, and the main train station can be reached in about 12 minutes.

2-room old building in a great neighborhood
My bright, almost 50 square meter old building apartment is centrally located on a quiet street in Ottensen, a few minutes' walk to Altona train station, shopping from delicatessens to discounters and bars & cafes. The apartment is on the 4th floor (no elevator) and sleeps three people max. The third person can sleep on the sofa, which is very comfortable with a thick mattress topper and 2 × 0.7 m bed surface. Most of the time I live here myself, along with my anti-allergy dog.

The beautiful bright in-law in our semi-detached house in Othmarschen is characterized by contemporary and stylish design, loving details and much more. On the upper floor of the apartment (ground floor) there is living room including bedroom and private kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. If you go down through the stairs, you will find yourself in a small hallway through which you can get into the pretty full bath. The S-Bahn runs just across the street.

Just 5 minutes from Messehallen, 20 minutes’ walk to the city center, and 12 minutes to the Alster. Excellent connections to buses, suburban trains (S-Bahn), and the underground (U-Bahn). The area offers charming streets, the lively Grindel district with cozy cafés, great restaurants, and quaint bookshops – perfect for exploring and enjoying.

Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.
