Notice for long-Period stay over 2 months: if you book for a longer stay over 2 months, it is mandatory, that the guests registrate themselves at the residents registration office . Additive there will be a monthly cleaning service once a month starting from the second month with fresh bed linen supply. The costs will be charged threw airbnb in a separate invoice. The fee lies by 150 EUR+ 19% taxes.
