Modern cottage, calm area with good bus connection

A newly built cottage with room for many, in quiet area with 3 km from Luleå city center. The house is child-friendly and can accommodate larger groups of shorter periods and smaller groups for longer periods. Heat controls on the wall with floor heating in all the rooms. Good ventilation! Patio, access to yard and outdoor areas. Proximity to shop and kiosk. Let us know and we'll guide or give tips on places! Ormberget's outdoor area is 10 minutes walk from the accommodation as well as Skurholmsberget. quiet, quiet with a nice view!

Cozy Little Cabin by the River

The smaller cottage is perfect for a more intimate experience in nature. Despite its smaller size, the cabin is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The cottage has two bedrooms: one with a 160 cm wide bed and the other with a 90 cm bed. In addition, there is a sleeping loft with a 180 cm bed. For extra comfort there is both a washing machine and dishwasher, as well as a fireplace for cosy evenings. The cottage has a view of the Luleälven on one side and a cozy little pond on the other.

Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Incredibly nice cabin close to the sea and nature. Clean and tidy when you arrived. Incredibly great host who responded quickly and had all the supplies you can imagine. It really felt like coming home. There's nothing you miss when you're there. Me and my children had an incredible time there and will come back to this nice gem in the future. Thank you for giving us the chance to have a super cozy weekend together.
