Best house I’ve ever stayed at, fantastic. We were a large group of 17 people (5 kids) which came together from different countries and cities to chill and have fun. House offered everything it described, unbelievable architecture, great amenities, very cozy and clean, easy to reach. Large kitchen, comfortable furniture, fantastic patio, workable grill. Surrounding is decent (dry dock for speedboats and yachts next to the house), but still very calm (if you don’t count the local chickens and dogs which are providing the natural environment). The doors and windows are, however, brilliantly insulated so basically you will hardly hear anything when in one of the rooms. Till was a great host, always responsive and helpful in all aspects! Gave us recommendations, helped us prepare everything upfront, kudos. We definitely hope to return to Stara Škola for another great experience.

Toller Aufenthalt. Alles gut geklappt. Man muss sich allerdings im Klaren sein, dass die nächsten Restaurants / Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur per Rad oder Auto gut zu erreichen sind. Mit diesem Wissen ist die Unterkunft wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Top !

Was für eine unglaublich schöne Villa! Bei weitem der beste Airbnb-Aufenthalt aller Zeiten. Es ist einfach wie zu Hause zu sein, ein schönes Haus in der Tat! Spektakuläre und funktionale Küche, Glas überall für einen herrlichen Blick auf den Pool und über die nahe gelegenen Hügel, vier super komfortable Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, alle extrem sauber, alles einfach perfekt. Der beheizte Pool im späten Oktober ist ein Juwel. Am wichtigsten ist, Emma und Felix sind extrem freundlich, nett, flexibel und reagieren auf alle Kommunikation rechtzeitig. Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt – sehr empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Die Villa war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage war ideal – ruhig, aber dennoch in der Nähe von dem Meer Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und Gabi war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würde definitiv wiederkommen!

Unser Aufenthalt in "Peace of Mind - 2" war wunderschön. Die Lage des Objekts ist außergewöhnlich und bietet nicht nur einen traumhaften Blick in eine wunderbare Landschaft, sondern vieles mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten. Zusätzlich kann man sich auf der Terrasse am Pool aufhalten und dort die angeschlossene Küche und den Aufenthaltsraum nutzen. Der Pool selbst bietet die Möglichkeit, auch sportlich zu schwimmen und der Blick in die Kvarner Bucht ist nicht zu überbieten. Die Gastgeberin Rajna ist immer hilfsbereit und gibt tolle Tipps zur Erkundung der Gegend. Ein absoluter Wohlfühlort, an dem man sehr herzlich empfangen wird und sich gleich wie zuhause fühlt! Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie mit zwei Kindern in diesem Haus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft war nicht nur wunderschön eingerichtet, sie war auch super sauber und es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Besonders haben wir die Morgenden im Garten genossen: Mit Frühstück auf der Terrasse und mit viel Spaß im Pool. Dennis war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Er war immer da, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Dass das Häuschen in seinem Garten steht, war überhaupt kein Problem. Wir hatten absolute Privatsphäre und nie das Gefühl irgendwie beobachtet zu werden. Natürlich ist das Haus nicht riesig und der Platz war zu viert durchaus überschaubar. Aber da wir eigentlich sowieso nur zum schlafen im Haus waren und ansonsten immer draußen, hat uns die Größe überhaupt nicht gestört. Novigrad ist ein wunderschönes ruhiges Städtchen. Wir haben uns dort alle rundum wohlgefühlt.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Ferienhaus von Suzana! Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend – perfekt zum Entspannen. Der große Pool ist ein echtes Highlight, ebenso wie der traumhafte Ausblick auf die Umgebung. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen – es ist wirklich an alles gedacht worden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Sauberkeit und die tolle und liebevolle Kommunikation mit Miranda (Dame vor Ort, welche die Schlüsselübergabe macht und die man jederzeit alles fragen kann) Einziger kleiner "Kritikpunkt": Der Grill ist etwas klein – für Grillfans vielleicht gut zu wissen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Ort oder in etwa 20 Minuten Entfernung (Plodine, Spar, Konzum usw.). Auch das Meer ist nur ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!p

We hebben hier een fantastische tijd beleefd en voelden ons meteen thuis. Super huisje en super lieve en behulpzame mensen die je meteen welkom doen voelen met een super fijne attentie bij aankomst en tijdens het verblijf. Deze accommodatie is zeker en vast een aanrader. Wij komen zeker en vast nog eens terug.

We stayed here for one week with our 3 kids. The place is beautiful, very quiet yet close to Koper, a animated city (about 10 min by car). It's a good spot to start a trip to one of several beaches (20-30 min), famous caves (30-40 min) or Ljubljana (1h drive) or even hiking in the Triglav area (2h drive). The house itself is very nice, clean and offers everything you need. The kids especially loved the big pool which they could access whenever they wanted. Andreja is very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of great Tips. Thank you very much!

I've just returned from a 1 week stay and there were 4 adults and 1 baby. The baby room (wasn't on the listing) was excellent and very well equipped and this made our stay so much better. The property was beautiful and well described, but the pictures don't so it justice. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her and we will hopefully come and stay again in the future. A floor plan would be even more helpful for future guests because bedrooms on the ground floor and the baby room are big selling points for families or those with disabilities.

Wir waren Ende Mai mit unseren Hund für eine Woche an diesem schönen Ort. Bei der Ankunft liegt es etwas versteckt, trotz Navi aber die Fotos aus der Vogelperspektive von Ivan waren sehr hilfreich und wir haben es schnell gefunden. Die im hinteren Teil wohnende, liebe Inhaberin hat uns mit netten Gastgeschenken empfangen und wäre bei Fragen oder sonstigem Bedarf sofort da gewesen, war aber sonst sehr zurückhaltend. Das Haus hat eine gute Küche mit allem drum und dran und verfügt über ein neues und sehr schönes Bad. Ein herrlicher Garten und das Meer vor der Tür, was will man mehr. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Woche genossen.

Sonja's Apartment ist ein sehr liebevoll restauriertes, kleines Stadthaus mitten im alten Zentrum von Medulin. Die absoluten Highlights waren für mich die offene und zugleich gemütliche Architektur (es ist ein Raum vom Boden bis unter das Dach - hierfür wurden drei Decken entfernt), das stimmige Design der gesamten Unterkunft und der private, kleine Stadtgarten. In diesem gibt es eine Außenküche mit Spüle und Kohle-Grill und unter der Pergola kann man wunderbar sitzen und bei einem Glas Wein den Abend genießen. Sonja ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin und hat uns bei jeder Frage schnell weitergeholfen.

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring. Thank you Zeljko for your hospitality. We hope to be back again soon.

My new happy place! The fact that this place is somewhat remote makes it even more perfect! It’s calming and peaceful and idyllic. The hosts are lovely and gave us a tour of the home and its history with some local recommendations and welcome drinks. Felt right at home in the beautiful decor and the beds were super comfy. The pool was great…clean and bigger than we were expecting. We loved every minute of our time here it’s the perfect place to relax and forget about your troubles. Nearest shop is roughly 6 mins by car. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again in fact we’re already planning our next visit!

A Magical Stay in the Heart of Grožnjan! I've stayed at Airbnbs all over the world, and this place is easily one of the best I've experienced. The beautifully designed and decorated apartment, set in the heart of this enchanting medieval town, is truly magical and incredibly romantic. The upstairs bedroom, complete with a luxurious tub, feels like a dream. The attention to detail is remarkable—nothing about this space feels like a rental. It’s clear the owners spared no expense in making it special. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The communication was seamless, and the warm welcome, felt right at home. A bonus for those arriving by car: secured parking is available, which is a rare and much-appreciated feature in this area where parking can be tricky. It might sound like I’m gushing, but I promise I’m not exaggerating! I can’t imagine anyone giving this place less than 5 stars. Part of me wants to keep it a secret, but that wouldn't be fair, it deserves mention.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de vacances, qui était très jolie et bien située. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les nombreuses choses mises à disposition pour nous aider à profiter au mieux de notre séjour. La seule petite réserve serait la présence de moustiques, mais heureusement, il y avait tout le nécessaire pour les éloigner. Merci encore pour votre hospitalité !

A grand property stretching over four floors. Rooms were spacious and well furnished. A beautiful garden and terrace equipped with a state of the art BBQ and pizza oven. Bathrooms were a particular feature of this house. Overall a well equipped kitchen. The house lies within the traffic free zone of the impressive hilltop village of Motovun but parking nearby was never a problem. We enjoyed a great week in this house with its easy access to numerous walking routes in a quiet, unspoiled part of the world. Our hosts were friendly and responsive to our needs.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft um in Ruhe den Urlaub genießen zu können. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, einfach Klasse!

Zeljko war immer gut erreichbar und antwortete schnell. Immer freundlich. Zudem schlägt er verschiedene Restaurants, Stände und Attraktionen vor. Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern versprochen und sehr sauber. Das Dorf ist ruhig und schön. Zur den Ständen von Porec ist es mit dem Auto auch nicht zu weit. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und angenehm. Insgesamt war alles wie versprochen, Zeljko sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll. Wir kommen gerne nochmal.

Es ist eine sehr schöne und große Unterkunft mitten im Festland von Istrien. Das Haus ist sehr privat und ungestört, Nachbarn waren kaum bemerkbar. Es war alles sehr sauber, die Küche war gut ausgestattet, der Pool war immer sauber und wurde sogar während des Aufenthalts gereinigt. Großer Fernseher und Esstisch ermöglichen Spiel- und Filmabende. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.
