Monthly Rentals in Karon Beach

The stay was great because we stayed for a long time, and the host sent us a free pick-up, which was great!!

We spent almost a month here and we wish it was longer. This place is great. The condo is very spacious, clean and has all kinds of amenities. The views from either of the two balconies are awesome. The building and grounds are secluded, very well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The large pool is a great alternative to the beach, which is only a couple hundred yards from the front door. The building is within 400 yards of two markets and rows of businesses. Communication with Sven was prompt and easy. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for letting us stay here.

Enjoyed my stay here! Super close to the Karon beach, you have everything needed in the walking distance (7/11, pharmacy, restaurants). There is a huge supermarket Makro 20 min away by foot if you consider cooking by yourself. Kitchen is fully equipped and I found it super convenient to cook myself :) Hosts were responsive, very helpful and took care of the cleanliness. I was not feeling good - and Surachai (co-host) sincerely offered any help or medicine, this made me feel very welcomed. Thank you for offering such a beautiful and comforting space🫶

I booked last minute for 1 week here, and enjoyed my stay. The bathroom sometimes had a bad smell but it’s wasn’t nearly as bad as some other places around. The space is private and quiet. No crazy expansive view, but also no one looking in. The comforter was very thick. There was no thin sheet, and there were sometimes mosquitos, so I had a few sweaty nights without good sleep, but overall the stay was positive, and the Karon neighborhood is charming. The shower / tub is quirky as well. It makes a lot of water go on the bathroom floor, but you get used to it. Nice place to stay for a week or two
