Very nice and quiet.The kitchen is well stocked and the table is large, suitable for five people.If you ride a motorcycle, you have to be very careful going up and down the slopes every day. The slope is a little shaky. The scenery is beautiful and the privacy is high.

thomas's unit is incredible, from quality furnishing, beautiful elegant design, quiet locatin for patong, and the unit was sparkling clean, i could not recommend enough. definitely will return.

The flat was great. There was a pool outside and one one the bedrooms had an amazing view. Eve was super friendly and helpful. We were able go check in prior in time because of our flight time. Would highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit Phuket.

Beautiful building with two pools, a library, remote workrooms, and great for long-term stays. The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished, with a pool view and an outdoor bathing tub. Dining table can double as a work desk, though an extra study table with a reading light would be helpful as the hall felt a bit dark. There’s a large storage room. Facilities are excellent — a functional gym, separate saunas, library, strong Wi-Fi, and two canteens plus a restaurant. Nothing is within short walking distance, so a bike or car is needed; plenty of parking available. The reception is 24 hours and very friendly. Bike rentals are nearby. The building has hotel rooms and apartments; the host is professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Overall, an excellent place for remote work or long stays. Phuket has a relaxed vibe, more suited to people who enjoy a quieter island lifestyle. Highly recommend this apartment for a peaceful, work-friendly environment.

The villa was amazing and had all amenities! We really enjoyed the pool too. The place was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The housekeeper Goi was sweet and very helpful. From before even entering Thailand the communication with the staff was impeccable! They were very informative and even arranged an airport pickup transfer. The accommodation is as wonderful as it is presented in the images. The area the accommodation is located in is very relaxing and as a first timer in Thailand it just felt perfect. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who’s planning a trip to Phuket! The staff are very welcoming and treat you with the upmost respect.

My friends and I had such a great stay in Rawai. The place was beautiful, very clean and cozy, and exactly as described. The location was quiet but still close to everything we needed. The host was kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a pleasant stay, there was 10 of us— the place was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. One thing to note is that there’s a noisy bar right next door that stays open late, which might be a concern for light sleepers. The location is a bit secluded, so you’ll need to rely on taxis or rideshares to get around. Overall, a good stay if you’re okay with a bit of nightlife nearby and don’t mind traveling for access to amenities.

My friend and I came on holiday to take a break from work. Armin is a very attentive and hospitable host. He met us, showed the house and told us everything about it. The villa is magnificent. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. There is a great kitchen for those who like to cook. I especially want to note the cleanliness of the place and daily cleaning service. The backyard is cozy with a barbecue area and a wonderful pool, a large table and chairs for all guests. A perfect place for family of 4 for 5 nights!Christophe done a good hosting through his proactive and friendly supports in all the need required!every necessity is right down the building,at close walkable distance!!We had car so going at Kamala beach and coming from there& all the beach clubs or Patong area was very easy!Altogether we enjoyed the view from the Apt.and had a good five days there!

The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the host. Absolutely fantastic, warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time, offering local tips and being super responsive to any questions. Supercalifragilistic! That’s the only way I can describe the host, seriously. I had an early morning flight, and the host arranged a private driver to take me to a few places that would take some time. One of those places was a massage parlor. I was also able to do an early check-in. The place was really clean. There are plenty of mini markets, restaurants, and souvenir shops within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

We had a great stay, the balcony was absolutely fantastic for our family of 6, plenty of space. Zeng was extremely helpful with everything to do with the apartment, he also helped us organise our airport transfers and trips to Phi Phi and James Bond Island through his contacts, both trips are highly recommended and the prices arranged were well below the advertised rates. The transfer guys were so helpful and got us to the apartment for 1,200 each way, the travel time from the airport to the apartment is between 60 and 90 mins (traffic can be busy). One thing to keep in mind is that Thailand rentals do charge for electricity and water on top of your booking cost. We knew this before our stay but it could catch you out if unaware and you don’t have any idea what the bill will be until you check out. For 12 nights our cost came to about 5,500, about £10 a day. You need to keep available cash spare for this.
