Holiday rentals with beach access in Karteros

Well located apartment where it is walking distance to shops, restaurants and the sea. Parking is around the apartment and easily accessible to main roads.

We had a very nice week in the apartment with our children of 4 and 6 years old. The apartment was as shown in the photos of the advertisement! Clean, tidy, spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 children. Balcony on the small side with four people, but that did not bother us. We had regular contact with Magdalena, she always responded very helpfully and extremely quickly (within 5 minutes). That was very pleasant! She also arranged a taxi from the airport to the apartment and back again at the end of the week for us. There is plenty to do for the children in the area, all within walking distance: the small swimming pool, beach/boulevard, CretAquarium, Dinosaur park. I would definitely recommend the apartment! Furthermore, we found the area to be a bit outdated (although there is a lot of new construction coming!) and not very lively. We were out of the holiday season.

My husband and I spent a lovely week at Asteri Home. The house was exactly as expected and just what we wanted for our week in Crete. The kitchen was well-equipped and allowed us to make breakfasts and a some dinners at home. The main double bedroom was big enough and comfortable. The bathroom is a bit dark and the shower is quite small, but we made do. The most amazing part of the house is the huge garden overlooking the sea that has 4 sun loungers, 2 outdoor tables for dining, a BBQ and a dart board. We spent a lot of time sitting at the end of the garden enjoying the view. Véronique and Yiannis are amazing hosts. They were so helpful right from the start - arranging transport from the airport, a rental car, offering suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. Kokkini Hani is quieter than other more touristy parts of Crete we visited. We found wonderful Greek restaurants with fresh seafood everyday. The supermarket and shops are all in walking distance. A lovely place!

The apartment was spotless and spacious. We spent a lot of time on the sunny balcony. Everything we needed was available and the privacy was very pleasant. There are very good restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. We spent 2 nights there before our flight home and the proximity to the airport was a big plus.

Giannis is a very invested, responsive and discreet host. We really enjoyed the welcome with a pastry (very good!), the oranges in the fridge as well as the drinks made available. The environment is very pleasant and the location is ideal, quiet but close to the promenade with restaurants. If there were any questions, Giannis was always available as well as to make recommendations to us. Listing is as described. However, it should not be too big for the night part and the bathroom but otherwise everything was very good!

We had a wonderful week at this apartment. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The terrace and pool were so nice where we could chill out as a family. The host was extremely responsive and very helpful.

Excellent studio for short and longer stays. Been 8 weeks due to work and internship (animal shelter). Great studio, nice and helpful host, good place (also good connection Heraklion).

Everyone thinking about going to Analipsi - book this place immediately. We have truly never met so kind people as Manos and his wife, they were so helpful and responsive at all times and really went above and beyond for us. And the place was absolutely perfect, so clean and well decorated. We spent our honeymoon here and I am very grateful for everything. We had such an amazing time, thank you again for everything! ☺️

we had a great week at Maria's place. The covered terrace is the most beautiful room in the house with a magnificent view of the sea. The beach is less than 5 minutes' walk away, but beware, for people who have difficulty walking, the slope is rather steep to climb. Maria is very responsive and responds very quickly to messages. Agia Pelagia remains a small seaside resort very well located to visit the north of the island. Beautiful discovery

Great! Go for it! The accommodation: Wow! Clean, cozy, comfort. A magnificent terrace with a private jacuzzi that we enjoyed a lot and a breathtaking view of the small port. A kitchen with everything you need (fridge, dishes, cutlery, etc.). 2 beautiful bathrooms with everything you need (towels, products, etc.). Comfortable rooms. A living room with Netflix, for those who want to relax a little in the evening. The welcome: Wow! Harry was waiting for us with a smile, despite our delay (plane, car rental, the vagaries of travel🤣). On site a lot of things to start our vacation well: fruit, cold cuts, bread, water, coke and lunch (jams, honey, coffee...) The big plus: Thanks to Harry for his good advice (places to visit, restaurants, taverns, beaches...) and his constant availability and speed to respond during our stay. The place: Very nice port, a little noisy and lively in the evening. A good start to travel.

Andy is a great woman and a great host, friendly, cheerful, we felt at home with her. Separate entrance, rest in peace and quiet. The studio is very clean and cozy, it was nice to spend time on the terrace full of flowers. She treated us like we were her closest family. I greet and recommend this place with all my heart♥️. It was a very pleasant stay. Appartement was neat and everything was there that you need. The first day the appartement was a bit difficult to find, but Konstatinos reacted immediatly with the right location. He welcomed us and showed everything in the appartment. There was a possibility to get the appartment cleaned in the middle of our stay. That was very nice. The beach was 5 minute walk. A lot of restaurants and beachbars to choose from. Check-out was also very easy. In front of the building there is a free, large parking space, sometimes you have to wait a couple of minutes before there was a free spot, but overall we had a spot most of the time. We highly recommend this appartment!! Thank you for this pleasant stay!

New and well-equipped house. Transportation from the airport to the villa and on the return managed by Manolis. Rental car that was made available to us directly at the villa.

May 2025, 10 nights stay for three (2 adults, 1 toddler). Villa is really fantastic. Beautiful view of the sea and the bay. It offers plenty of space for more people (2 couples, 4-6 friends, 2 families) and for longer stays (storage space, cupboards and shelves, etc.). The furnishings correspond to the description and offer, even in the kitchen, everything you need. Our highlight was the covered terrace. Our flight was moved up at short notice. A significantly earlier check-in was no problem at all in our case. Stelios is a very friendly, helpful and dedicated host. We recommend him and his villa without reservation. Small restriction: the accommodation is a bit off the beaten track or the region is a bit scattered (mainly due to the geography of the terrain). Without your own car, it will be a bit difficult in our opinion. However, there is a free parking space directly at the house.

This place completely exceeded our expectations! It’s absolutely stunning, with a breathtaking, priceless view that made our stay unforgettable. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and accommodated. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommended!

The location is special, we celebrated it. Beautifully located. Totally quiet and a little off the beaten path. We were feeling absolutely safe. The local restaurants were just open at the beginning of May - it's village-like. Car is necessary. The prices fair, the people friendly. Visiting free-living cats. A cat has born her kittens near the accommodation and feels part of the house. The first micromarket is 5 minutes away, in Gazi (10 min) there are larger shopping opportunities. The bathroom is small and like everything about the house lovingly designed. From the height of 180 cm, the use of the toilet requires some flexibility because of the legroom. The house is a dream if you want to relax and come down.

Wow! We went to a bachelorette party 4 girls and it was simply amazing! George was long before the trip spoke to me on whatsapp and was available for all my questions. Booked us a taxi from the airport that arrived just on time and everything was very clear through whatsapp. Also at the entrance to the property, George received us, took luggage ( until check-in) and kept them in a secure room. The property is stunning and just right,cozy, clean, quiet neighborhood and right next to all the fun - exactly five minutes walking distance. Buy us some nibbles that were waiting for us in the room, was always available for questions and recommendations for us and even made me really good and took me a ride to the massage he had booked for me in advance in the area. Really was just perfect. I really recommend to anyone who wants to clear their minds and get reliable and professional service above and beyond.

Tasos is an extremely welcoming host. When we arrived late, we found a generously stocked fridge and freezer. Fruits, jams, rusks and cold and hot drinks were waiting for us. And Tasos was absolutely adorable to make our stay easier. We really appreciate it. Her apartment is very nice , the jacuzzi and the beautiful view make it a rare find. We highly recommend this rental, even more appreciated thanks to the many details Tasos has thought of.

I‘m more that happy that we decided to stay at Dimitri‘s place. He ish very kind and helped us right away, if we had any questions. The location is peaceful and has a great view. The beach is not far away and the size of the apartment is just perfekt for a single person or a couple. I will definitely visit again.

I felt incredibly comfortable The view of the sea was fantastic. Since there are restaurants and hotels everywhere, music could be heard in the evening, but with closed doors everything was quiet. It was super clean and has everything you needed.

Marianna’s place was great - we had a very pleasant time there. The view over the Mediterranean Sea is stunning, and the location is easy to access. Her mum, Sonia, kindly made us a local pie upon arrival, and she was so friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There are several excellent restaurants nearby, and it’s only about 20 minutes to the Heraklion city centre. Highly recommended!

Despite the not very central location and the stairs to get to the apartment, our stay in Akalli was perfect. The apartment has lots of space, 2 large balconies with a table to have breakfast comfortably, lots of amenities, more than you can imagine, including a sewing kit that was really useful. The city center can be reached with a pleasant walk along the seafront or with a shortcut through streets with many shops. Near the apartment there is a large supermarket. Eleni was a magnificent host always present and a source of useful suggestions. Ultimately we really enjoyed our stay in her airbnb and we highly recommend it.
