The property is beautiful, the views are incredible, the house is amazing with all amenities. Love how aarti has given attention to all the details in the house. I have stayed in many properties of Airbnb in hills, but this was one of the best. Property is as described by Deepak. You look into Deodar forest from the property. Deepak is extra ordinary, proactive, humble and always ready to help. He arranged us local taxi in very reasonable price to visit mall road. Our family felt one week stay was too short for us. We have to come again very shortly. Thanks to Deepak and also his father for driving our car to petrol pump to get petrol.

I loved the stay at Ruchika's place, the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, you can walk on the rails to reach the city centre. The house is super cozy and furnished with all the necessary amenities. The terrace is the part I love the most, you can admire the view of the mountains and you can witness the train passing by. The host is so kind and takes very good care of their guests.

Some places come out great just due to how the host is and how you feel treated. This place is one of those places. That was clearly the highlight of our stay. It's a well-laid-out property, at the outskirts of the small town, and therefore escapes the traffic pile-up that Kasauli is becoming infamous for, especially during long weekends. There is nothing after the property, except the Chir/ Fir forest and the valley that opens up to the plains of Punjab. At a distance are the lights of Chandigarh - it feels lovely to sit out in the mornings or in the evenings, and savour the quietness with a view.

The stay was awesome and exactly how it has been described in the pictures. The place have an amazing view and ample parking space. Easily approachable and market is nearby like 200 mtrs, you will get daily essentials and one restaurant ( they serve really good paratha)

Beautiful property. Perfect for a family of 7-8. Bedrooms are well maintained. Kitchen has all the essential utensils and appliances. The bar and loft are an add-on. Beautiful view from the balcony. The caretakers have been very kind and helpful. The food preparation was also good. Overall a great experience and highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully maintained and fully furnished apartment in Shimla. The place was exactly as shown in the photos — clean, cozy, and with stunning views. First, what matters to all of us is a responsive Host. Saurav is super responsive, always available, and made us feel truly valued. I have been to so many Airbnb's and like all, this place was exactly how the pictures look. It's private yet not lonesome. I felt safe and secure with my family. I never need to think again, where I am staying in Simla. I felt sad leaving, because I could have stayed a month and Saurav's listing. Thank you Saurav. I can never forget the wonderful experience we had.

We’ve travelled quite a bit globally and this was our first B&B. I must say we were pleasantly surprised. The Pine Tree villa is simply awesome. It combines the warmth and spaciousness of a home with the efficiency/ professionalism of a hotel! The place is spic and span, sparkling clean. The location is beautiful and the hosts, Lalit and Sonika welcoming and gracious. The home cooked food is the cherry on top. We drove ourselves so moving around was not an issue, otherwise I hear that cabs are available as well. We are a family of four and loved the space that the villa offers as compared to cramped hotel rooms. We wish the hosts the very best as the Pine Tree villa and their hospitality played a big part in making it a truly memorable vacation for us.

The place was exactly as listed with excellent views from balcony. Gianni the Dhaba area was 20 min so many options if you are eating out and the place has fully loaded kitchen in case you want to cook in. The onsite caretaker was also very polite and accessible. Overall a good holiday with nothing to complaint.

It’s in a quiet, private location so there was no disturbance at all — just peace and comfort. There’s a departmental store nearby which was really convenient, and having house help available was a nice bonus. Overall, a great experience — would happily come back!
