Beachfront holiday rentals in Kaštel Gomilica

Deni's place was perfect, small, but with everything you need. We stayed there for 3 days, and it was wonderful to wake up with the sea right in front of us. It's very close to the beach and the town center. Also, Deni gave us some really great recommendations. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Apartment was outstanding. It was so relaxing eating our breakfast while watching the ferry’s dock. Lovely spacious rooms and scenic walk into Split centre. Klajdi was an amazing host. He responded immediately to any queries.

Nous avons passé 1 nuit dans ce charmant logement. Tres propre, calme mais très proche du centre historique. A environ 900m du ferry . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la petite cour fleurie et les bons conseils de Mirjana ainsi que sa réactivité.

Davorka was an absolutely amazing host—responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. The apartment was stunning: beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. She welcomed us with a lovely charcuterie plate featuring cheese, prosciutto, fresh fruit, and cold beverages—such a thoughtful and warm gesture. I truly appreciated her attention to detail and the wonderful recommendations she shared. It was the perfect start to our stay!

Excellent apartment right next to split city center. The place has a cute little balcony and everything we needed. Very cozy and homey feeling, and the host gave us some very good food recommendations.

Vi reiste med hele familien bestående av 6 voksne og 3 barn under 6 år i midten av april. Ble tatt i mot av Goran i sentrum av nærliggende landsby og guidet frem til villaen.(Ankom i taxi fra flyplassen snaue 20 min. kjøretur.) Goran viste oss hele eiendommen med sitt meget personlige preg og historie. Det er vanskelig å se på bildene hvor flott stedet er og hvilke kvaliteter beliggenheten har! Det er etter vår mening et sted som overrasker både med sin sjarm, eiendommens mangfoldighet og beliggenhet. Vi har gjennom årene leiet mange steder og sjelden har vi funnet noe som matcher dette. Kort reisetid til og fra flyplassen som i seg selv er en meget positiv opplevelse med lite stress! Omgivelsene på øya med variasjon i terreng og opplevelser. Kort vei til alt, også gå avstand til Torgir med mange gode restauranter. Medio april er tidlig på sesong og det meste av lokale barer og restauranter var stengt. MEN, med Gorans unike utekjøkken og grill er det en fryd å lage mat selv! Stor takk!

Great to be close enough to town, but not in the direct touristy area. Close to 2 walkable beaches- 10/15 mins drive to another beach which we accessed all everyday. Great middle ground location. Host made as feel very safe, pick up and drop off from airport. always accessible at any time. Home was well equipped, double terrace alone is great, mind the 4 floor walk up though, Ha! Will recommend

Otroligt fin liten lägenhet. Det fanns allt vi behövde för att trivas under vår semester. Rent och fint. Utsikten från balkongen är oslagbar. Området var väldigt lugnt med gångavstånd till två olika badställen, flera restauranger, affärer och ett bageri. Mirka var extremt vänlig och tillmötesgående. Hon svarade snabbt på våra frågor. In och utcheckningen var flexibel. Ett till plus i kanten var att det fanns kall dryck i kylen samt kaffe och te och toalettartiklar när vi kom. Kan inte annat än rekommendera denna lilla pärla och den underbara Mirka som värd.

A beautiful apartment in a peaceful location. Everything is spotless and well maintained. Nick is so friendly and helpful including a lift to the supermarket on arrival. A good sized clean pool with comfortable sun loungers set in landscaped gardens which are loving tended. All the beds and chairs are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views are stunning - breakfast on the balcony watching dolphins out at sea. A top class apartment that we hope to revisit - thank you Nick and family for making us feel so welcome in your home.

Well, where do I start. I often wonder about reviews and question the really positive ones. However, this home was beyond expectations. Beautiful, well equipped and soo clean. Lovely kitchen and lounge. Big bedrooms and plenty of storage and hanging space. Beds very comfortable, I sleep well but both my friends say they had the best nights sleep in years. Great balconies. Amazing pool and relaxing area. Big private space and plenty of sun to relax under, It really is as good as previous reviews say.. even better. From the start of my interest, Iris responded quickly and gave suggestions and ideas for local experiences. This villa is perfectly located, minutes from an amazing quiet and almost private beach. Local supermarket 2 min walk away. The village centre with many bars approx 5 mins away. Split 25 mins and Trogir 15 mins by very reasonable uber. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. We also saw Iris smaller 2 bed apartment located 5 mins walk away. Again spotless!

Ivan’s place was wonderful! We were not familiar with the area- and he made it extremely easy for us to find the apartment. Pictures and explanations of check in were super helpful. Really clean inside- and he even stopped by to see if we needed anything. Recommended a terrific restaurant too. Thank you Ivan! We’ll be in touch if we’re ever in the area again!

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Slavimir. L'appartement était super bien équipé, les lits confortables et tout était propre. L'attention des boissons fraîches étaient les bienvenus. Une superbe vue autant du balcon que de la piscine. Un barbecue à disposition, un garage fermé et privé. Un excellent séjour. Merci beaucoup Slavimir

Helt fantastisk vistelse för ett tjejgäng! Vi kunde enkelt ta oss till Trogir för middagar och även Split. Fint att vi också hade tillgång till SUP och en fin matplats under tak utomhus. Vi kommer gärna igen!

We had a fantastic week at Villa Hana! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool was a highlight, and we also enjoyed the ping pong table and the bikes. The beach is within walking distance, and both Trogir and Split are easy to reach by car in about 20 minutes. Very good communication with the host. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Ivan was incredibly proactive in his communication, ensuring we found the place easily and settled in comfortably. He went above and beyond by greeting us with a delicious meal upon arrival and surprising us with crepes on a rainy day. Their thoughtful gestures made our visit truly unforgettable.

Nous avons passez un agréable séjour, logement très bien situé, concernant les cloches de l’église nous vivons à côté d’un basilique en France , alors nous sommes habitués aux sons des cloches… Nous aurions apprécié de rencontrer notre hôte, cependant à chaque fois que nous posions une question, Ivana réponds très rapidement, nous recommandons. Mia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert und wir durften sogar vor der Zeit in die Wohnung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Die Wohnung selbst sehr schön gestaltet. Ein Vorteil, der gerade in den Sommermonaten wichtig ist: Die Wohnung ist angenehm kühl, da es sich um einen altes Steinhaus handelt. Uns hat es Anfang Juni super gefallen.

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement fonctionnel, au calme, dans un village de pêcheurs entre Split et Trogir. Tout était conforme à la description. Joli balcon avec vue reposante. Idéal pour un couple et rayonner dans la région.

We travel all around the world and Ivana's place is definitely one of our favorites. She went out of her way to make us feel at home right from the beginning and her incredible positive energy really made us love the place. The location is very good and the place is close to the beach and everything you need. The view was amazing and we would definitely stay here again. Ivana was very responsive with any questions that we had and gave us many recommendations for things to do in the area. We had a minor issue with an appliance that Ivana and her husband came to take care of right away which we really appreciated. If this place is available we highly recommend that you book right away and the hosts will take care of the rest!

Všechno se nám moc líbilo, v bytě je všechno potřebné, v kuchyni naleznete veškeré vybavení na vaření, majitel je velmi přátelský. Byt se nachází 3 minuty od pláže.U domu se nachází několik restaurací s chutným jídlem

Vielen Dank für Eure wunderbare Gastfreundschaft und die vielen Köstlichkeiten! Eure Wohnung ist wirklich wunderschön. Toller Blick, perfekte Einrichtung, herrliche Terasse, die Lage direkt am Meer - unsere hohen Erwartungen wurden noch übertroffen. Wir haben uns zu dritt sehr wohl gefühlt (zu viert wäre es auch perfekt). Ruhige erholsame Umgebung mit Restaurants, Bars, Bäcker und Supermärkten in fussläufiger Nähe. Dabei ideale Nähe zu Trogir und Split. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

50 Shades of Blue is stunning and in a very romantic setting. We loved our stay - it was peaceful, tranquil and Kaštel Novi is so picturesque. We spent 4 days on Dardin Beach, which we loved (about a 10 minute walk) where we hired loungers and a parasol and didn’t want to leave at the end of each day. The water is turquoise and crystal clear. It’s pebbly so take water shoes. 50 Shades is also perfectly situated to take the bus for a day trip to Trogir and Split, which are frequent and inexpensive. Our evenings were spent watching the sun go down with a glass of wine and we ate lovely dinners at the many local restaurants. Marcel and Stefanie couldn’t have been more helpful. When we arrived Stefanie showed us around Kaštel Novi and highlighted many places to go. We were also allowed to check in a little earlier, which was lovely as we had started our journey at 3:30 am. It is a true gem of a place and we will definitely return as it was the perfect holiday for us. Thank you!
