Beachfront holiday rentals in Kata Beach

When we got to Lyn’s place security directed us inside (they were very helpful), the condo is quite spacious, lots of essentials are provided, the view is breathtaking, and the surrounding amenities are great. It’s a very serene area, perfect for relaxing! And it’s easy to walk to the beach :) however you’ll probably need transport into the main town (unless you enjoy walking). Lyn was also very responsive and checked in on us everyday! We can’t fault Lyn’s place, we really enjoyed our stay and we hope we’ll be back again soon! Thank you 🥰

The bungalow was outstanding. You could not ask for more. A private yard and balcony right in front of the beach. Access to shared space to make friends and the beach itself was very nice. Not overly crowded with everything you need right up the hill. I would stay here again without hesitation. The place is well maintained and charming. Communication was seamless with Michael and his team. 10 days was simply not enough!

Super location, spacious house, really great kitchen and pool. Quiet and serene and walking distance to some beach clubs and restaurants.

Wir haben einen Monat in der tollen Unterkunft von Mai und Kurt verbracht. Die ganze Wohnung ist einfach nur traumhaft: Paradies auf Erden, schöner geht nicht. Das offene Konzept und die fantastische Aussicht sind einmalig. Wir haben jeden Moment genossen. Kurt war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns schon zur Begrüssung mit feinen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Er ist rundum ein toller Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für diese unvergessliche Zeit.

Excellent séjour dans la maison de Sergey qui a été très réactif et très aidant - la maison est magnifique la piscine très belle et la literie de grande qualité C’est une maison très spacieuse dans laquelle nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison et qui est bien équipée Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Winona’s house was very enjoyable to stay in - clean, modern, and she even sent complimentary housekeeping weekly. Only negative was that utility fees weren't included.

Doenpen place was amazing. Was looking for a spot with a more of a Thai feel and this place was exactly that. With an spectacular ocean view facing Patong beach. Inside the place was nice and tidy. Overall my experience was a 10/10. Thank you Doenpen

The flat was great. There was a pool outside and one one the bedrooms had an amazing view. Eve was super friendly and helpful. We were able go check in prior in time because of our flight time. Would highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit Phuket.

L’appartement de Markus est fantastique, décoré avec goût, et vous y trouverez tout ce que vous avez besoin. L’appartement se trouve dans un complexe sécurisé et vous y trouvez une très belle piscine à débordement. Très proche de la plage, proche de bon restaurant, tout peut se faire à pied. Non loin, se trouve la ville de Kata, vous pourrez y passer des belles soirées dans leur Night Market. Je recommande fortement cet appartement, il a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Marcus a été très sympathique de nous laisser partir plus tard. Merci pour tout 🙏🏻

Amazing Villa. It's a quiet and very beautiful portion of Phuket. Everything in the Airbnb listing was accurate, but the place was even more beautiful in person. Great view, quick walk to the beach (with several bars/restaurants in walking distance). Plenty of good restaurants and things to do with a very short drive or walk. We really loved the house and were happy we stayed there. The hosts were incredibly reactive with communication and provided several recommendations for places to go and things to do. All of those recommendations were excellent. 5 stars!!

We had a wonderful stay at Rawai Villas and felt completely at home! The house is stylishly furnished, very clean, and the private pool is truly a highlight. The cleaning service twice a week was a big plus – everything was always spotless. The beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom had its own bathroom, air conditioning, and a TV, which made our stay very comfortable. The house is a little older, and some small updates could be made, but that’s really just nitpicking on a very high level. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and would love to come back. Victor was a great host – responsive, helpful, and welcoming.

We were looking for a very peaceful yet spacious space with an amazing view. This home was a perfect fit. We had an amazing time overall. Incredible views. Very responsive and friendly staff. The place was easy to live in with all essentials and some extras provided (for eg an after sunburn gel - I didn’t know I’d need it but I did). The area itself is quite good with lots going on but without the massive crowds. Would highly recommend. 2 things to note: 1. Pls take the stairs required to reach the place & back to the main road into consideration, it’s equal to about 5 stories of a normal building so getting out is definitely challenging. The listing is honest about it. 2. The main living room’s walls are a bit thin so you can hear people outside (only happened 2 times in 4 days since the place is ultra isolated, so not an issue for us).

Perfect place, closest door to the beach we could see, can hear the waves from the bed, the restaurant next door is amazing and cheap.

Words cannot fully express how much I enjoyed my stay at this accommodation. It was ideally located just a few steps from the beach. The rooms were clean the staff were exceptionally pleasant and truly wonderful. Additionally, everything we needed was within a 10-minute reach of our location. Massages and food options, including 7-Eleven and various restaurants, were easily accessible. The restaurant offered delicious food, and at night, it felt like our own private beach. The house was very spacious especially for a couple. Thanks again to all that made our stay so memorable.

Egbert's place was a dream Airbnb and we are so grateful to have found the place. The Airbnb itself was clean, well-organized, had plenty of amenities and included so much space! The bed was comfortable and the living room was super cozy with the best views! It looked straight out of a magazine. We loved hanging out on the balconies for breakfast and just relaxing before or after our day trips! Communication with Egbert was easy and seamless and the instructions to get to and from the place were easy to understand. As for the location, we couldn't have picked a better spot. It was close to great restaurants, our beach day trips, and shopping. The lot itself was private and quiet! It truly felt like a home away from home and we only wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to travel back to Phuket, and we would most definitely stay here again! As hosts ourselves back in New York, we truly appreciate having a great Airbnb experience on vacation! I had a fantastic stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What truly made the experience exceptional was the host’s kindness and flexibility. She was incredibly friendly and even allowed me a late checkout on short notice when I had some issues with my Mac. I really appreciated her understanding and hospitality. Highly recommend this place—would definitely stay here again!

I could say that the place is very great. Beyond our expection. Very walkable to lots of 7eleven, souvenirs shop and have great views from the balcony. Everything in the place really comfort us which makes us feel like staying in the hotel. Very good host too. Very understanding on what we inquiries and easy to communicate. I would definitely recommend this place to people out there
