Such a lovely thought out property with all the amenities required for either a short/long stay. Access to a jacuzzi and rooftop gym and direct access to the beach which was the highlight of this property. Lots of shops, restaurants and money exchanges hereby. I would recommend you take the taxi service offered, it make things easy and similar to what a Grab would cost but the service is exceptional. Communication was easy, detailed and proactive. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would 100% recommend as this one if the best Airbnbs I've stayed in, in Thailand. They're thoughtful enough to provide free snacks I would have extended my stay but there was no availability I'll definitely be returning at somepoint

A beautiful place that exceeded our expectations! The apartment was spotless, modern, and fully equipped. The rooftop pool was absolutely amazing. Kelly was incredibly kind and helpful – we truly appreciated her willingness to assist with anything we needed. I would gladly stay here again and definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Andy’s place was clean, organized, easy to find, and a great location. I would stay again and recommend. A few things I wish the place had as it’s hard to pack everything when travelling will limited luggage: - clothing iron - beach/pool towels - a broom to maintain the place for longer stay.

Beautiful building with two pools, a library, remote workrooms, and great for long-term stays. The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished, with a pool view and an outdoor bathing tub. Dining table can double as a work desk, though an extra study table with a reading light would be helpful as the hall felt a bit dark. There’s a large storage room. Facilities are excellent — a functional gym, separate saunas, library, strong Wi-Fi, and two canteens plus a restaurant. Nothing is within short walking distance, so a bike or car is needed; plenty of parking available. The reception is 24 hours and very friendly. Bike rentals are nearby. The building has hotel rooms and apartments; the host is professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Overall, an excellent place for remote work or long stays. Phuket has a relaxed vibe, more suited to people who enjoy a quieter island lifestyle. Highly recommend this apartment for a peaceful, work-friendly environment.

Good place and the team reply fast everything is great

As someone who’s not into the party scene, Phuket Old Town is always my go-to—and this apartment was absolutely perfect for my trip, especially since I was traveling with my mom. The space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Its location is excellent—just 5–10 minutes away from many of the famous and Michelin-recommended restaurants in Old Town. The host truly stood out—he kindly allowed me to check in early and was incredibly helpful, sharing great local tips on where to eat and what to explore. He’s very knowledgeable and responsive, making communication smooth and effortless. I highly recommend reaching out to him if you need anything during your stay.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 11 Leuten. Die Villa war in einem Top Zustand, super sauber und mit einer tollen Ausstattung und genug Platz für alle. Insgesamt wurden unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Der Gastgeber Lothar war super freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Zudem gab es für jedes Anliegen einen Ansprechpartner, was sehr unkompliziert über den Villa Manager organisiert wurde. Die Villa ist in einer gesicherten / überwachten Siedlung gelegen, was einem ein sehr sicheres Gefühl gegeben hat. Die Wege zum Strand, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren recht kurz und alles ist super zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Villa Carlos absolut empfehlen!

Hi.. The view from the villa is amazing.... worth the money spent... The villa has 4 beautiful rooms and an amazing terrace...Maid visits daily for upkeep and she is friendly.... Pool is very small so didn't use it...We used Bolt app to travel around..and the taxi's dropped us right at the entrance of Villa. Except for the steep climb to the villa rest everything is excellent in this location.

The villa was amazing and had all amenities! We really enjoyed the pool too. The place was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The housekeeper Goi was sweet and very helpful. She gifted us fresh sweet mangoes on our last day there! Overall an amazing stay and experience, would definitely want to stay there the next time we visit the area

The house was absolutely amazing with a relaxing ambiance, pictures do not do this place justice. We loved spending time outside by the pool and in the garden watching the wildlife. The house is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood away from noise, we liked the privacy. Inside the clean living area is spacious with a huge spotless kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive allowing flexible check in/out times . The house is perfect for a family vacation or a couple looking for a quiet place with privacy.

What a dream house villa. Spacious and super luxurious. I strongly recommend renting a scooter to get to the main road and beyond. Its perfectly located to explore the Rawai area. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. You can feel the professionalism.

My friend and I came on holiday to take a break from work. Armin is a very attentive and hospitable host. He met us, showed the house and told us everything about it. The villa is magnificent. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. There is a great kitchen for those who like to cook. I especially want to note the cleanliness of the place and daily cleaning service. The backyard is cozy with a barbecue area and a wonderful pool, a large table and chairs for all guests. Christophe’s home is perched in the tallest apartment tower in Kamala, offering a serene breathtaking views of the ocean, hills, and surrounding forest and no disturbance at all. If you’re self-driving, access to the building is a breeze. Otherwise, you’ll need to switch elevators halfway, climb a short flight of stairs, and take another lift. But it’s all worth it - 10/10 for the view and the apartment. Communication was on point!

The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the host. Absolutely fantastic, warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time, offering local tips and being super responsive to any questions. Supercalifragilistic! That’s the only way I can describe the host, seriously. I had an early morning flight, and the host arranged a private driver to take me to a few places that would take some time. One of those places was a massage parlor. I was also able to do an early check-in. The place was really clean. There are plenty of mini markets, restaurants, and souvenir shops within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

The host is the best since using airb&b. But if somebody concerns about street noise for overnight, no recommend. Also The wall between next door is very thin, so easy to hear the next door noisy.

Had a great stay at the Patong Tower with my family. It was a joy to wake up to the beach view and beautiful city surroundings. Would highly recommend booking here for all my future visits. Daily cleaners were excellent and very convenient. Thanks again for ensuring our vacation was pleasant, comfortable, and enjoyable.
