Το σπίτι είναι ένα τυπικό ζακυνθινό αγροτόσπιτο που χτίστηκε πριν από 80-100 περίπου χρόνια. Στο πέρασμα του χρόνου έχει υποστεί πολλές ανακαινίσεις προκειμένου να είναι όσο πιο άνετο γίνεται αλλά χωρίς να αλλοιωθεί η προσωπικότητά του. Βρίσκεται στη μέση ενός ελαιώνα ηλικίας άνω των 600 ετών. Χαρακτηριστικά του είναι η ησυχία, η ηρεμία, η απομόνωση, η γαλήνη. Το οίκημα είναι απομονωμένο, δεν υπάρχουν άλλα σπίτια γύρω ενώ το χωριό βρίσκεται περίπου 250 μέτρα πιο κάτω (τρία λεπτά με τα πόδια).

Die Villa liegt in Top Lage am Hang mit 180° Panorama Blick in einem umfriedeten 5500 m2 großen Privatgrundstück (Olivenhain). Auf einer großzügigen Wohnfläche von circa 180 m² bietet dieses Anwesen ebenfalls mit Meerblick 2 geräumige Doppelzimmer, 1 Einzelzimmer und 2 Bäder. Der große Wohnbereich hat eine große Glasfront zum Meer und zu den Terrassen. Ein paar Schritte und man ist beim 10 x 4 m goßen Pool mit Außendusche, Sonnenschirmen und Liegestühlen. Der Innenhof ist eine blühende Oase.

The ground-floor Deluxe Double Studio is a 30 sqm open-plan room with a double bed, kitchenette (small fridge, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and kitchenware). Cooking rings are located on the veranda, and pantry items (salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided. Includes A/C, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, TV, and Wi-Fi. The furnished veranda offers stunning sea views. Accommodates up to 2 guests, with a free baby cot available upon request for children up to 2 years old.

Anemomilos

It is a real old windmill that worked to grind wheat and produce flour. This operation stopped with the appearance of the machines a few years later when it was used as a residence. It consists of 3 floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen and the bathroom, the children's bedroom upstairs and on the third floor there is the main bedroom with a 360th view of the endless blue but also in the mountainous part of the island. Outside there is a pool,kitchen ,shower.
