Holiday rentals with beach access in Katavolos

The apartment is beautiful, superb view, sea a few meters away, very quiet place, perfect for exploring the island. Sophia provided us with useful information about restaurants and places to visit, for the arrival her son welcomed us perfectly we will return to this wonderful island

Another fantastic stay at Anna’s studio. We were so well looked after, and the location/accommodation was perfect. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We will be back!

I booked the accommodation with my sister because of the balcony, and we were not disappointed. Dining on the balcony every day with this view was simply wonderful. You always need a car, nothing is within walking distance, but the location is still convenient and the surroundings are beautiful. We would like to go back.

It is a very spacious and modern apartment In a quiet location but everything is still close We were there only 3 nights but it can be 14 nights without problems

Our stay at Angjelo’s apartment was faultless. The view is spectacular, and the flat is well equipped and clean. The instructions were clear which is always fantastic when somewhere new. This apartment is truly exceptional. Beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and set in one of the best locations in Sarandë, it offers stunning views that are simply unforgettable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area — it’s easily one of the finest accommodations in town and made my stay incredibly comfortable and memorable.

Very lovable people own this magic place. They’ve been very caring with us every day. The place is absolutely amazing, you have a beautiful view on all ipsos bay and is very near to the beach bars and markets.

The beach house is the perfect beach house in an idyllic setting. The accommodation is spotless and well appointed. Xanthi also provides all the extras you would want for the beach towels kids toys and even sea kyaks and a paddle board. We had already stayed in Xanthis Corfu town apartment and before we left she had given us lots of info on the area which is a 5 min drive from Kassiopi with lots of tavernas and shops. You can also walk 20 mins to the town With the beautiful gardens and seating in and out of the sun you might find you never want to move further than the garden and the water outside your gate! The house is very nice. We found it clean and tidy. The kitchen is livable and quite spacious. Internet and air conditioning work very well. The sea view is a plus. The outdoor spaces are well maintained. Nisaki Beach is easily reached on foot but I recommend a car to visit the rest of the island which is beautiful. Nearby there is a small grocery store, a bakery and a fruit and vegetable shop, as well as restaurants and clubs. Alexios was very attentive and always available and responsive in answering. I'd go back!

We had a terrific 2 night stay at Theo’s house. Modern, well decorated interior with great views from the balcony looking across the bay towards Corfu. Theo and his family were always available to help with questions and recommendations. Walking distance to several restaurants and markets with even greater selection a short drive away.

The place exceeded our expectations, it’s even better than the photos. Very clean, just a 10minute walk to the old town, and you can literally dive into the sea right across the street. There are also plenty of parking spots, as well as food and coffee nearby, which was super convenient.

Danae is a wonderful host. The property is clean, as described, responses are all timely and she takes time to make some great local recommendations too!

We had a brilliant stay, the accommodation was spacious and well appointed. The A/C worked very well, and it felt very cool and restful inside. It’s been beautifully done up, and the charm of the old building is still there. The view was spectacular and the terrace perfect for breakfast and supper - we ate at home for a few nights so we could enjoy it! The drive up to the house is steep but easily manageable, especially if you remember to turn the AC in your car off so you have full power! The beaches all along this part of the coast and up towards Kassiopi are very pretty and in the first week of September not too crowded. Eating at Laurence Durrell’s old house… just up the coast in Kalami, The White House is well worth it… delicious! Would highly recommend this place.

My family stayed at Villa Eccles in Corfu for just over a week in September and had an outstanding experience. The Villa has picture-postcard views and everything on site that you could wish for. The property host, Julia, and property manager, Lefteris were incredibly helpful and responsive with any questions or concerns. We will be recommending Villa Euclea as an outstanding holiday destination to family and friends upon our return home.

Lovely location, house as described, it is small and simple inside with a lovely garden and direct access to the sea. A nice welcome pack and plenty of essential items like toilet rolls and bin bags provided, which was a bonus as no one wants to shop for these on holiday! We really enjoyed our stay and also George and Elena's Taverna across the road where we were given a really warm welcome and great food.

5 stars are not enough for Elpida! She was by far the kindest, most accommodating host I’ve ever had: friendly, helpful, and flexible throughout my stay. Her apartment is truly straight out of a design magazine. While it’s tucked right in the heart of Corfu’s UNESCO-listed Old Town, full of charm and history, the space itself is modern, thoughtfully furnished, and full of “good vibes.” Every corner is cozy, stylish, and sparkling clean. The view from the window of the iconic bell tower was breathtaking, and everything I needed: restaurants, shops, history, the sea, was just steps away. Airport is 30 mins walk! This was hands down the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at, and I’m already planning to come back. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you Elpida!

Sofia is a wonderful and kind host, she welcomed us although we have made the booking in the last minute! Ionna’s apartment was perfect for our quick one night stay. The kitchen was well equipped. The AC unit worked well. It’s in a great location near so many bus stops, restaurants, and the bay. We even walked to the birth place of Prince Philip! What a great stay

This is a lovely place to stay: bright and airy with a marvellous view out onto the sea. It's at the edge of the old town, so it's really quick and easy (especially with the help of your phone) to find your way around. The Faliraki beach is a five minute walk if you need a quick swim and there are plenty of nice places to eat all around. Apostolia could not have been more helpful with instructions, advice and recommendations. We had a wonderful holiday there.
