Holiday rentals with beach access in Katavolos

We had such a great stay here! The location is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of Corfu Town, so you can walk pretty much everywhere. The place itself was super clean, modern, and felt brand new. Our host was incredibly kind and always replied within minutes, which made everything really easy. We actually ended up extending our stay because we liked it so much. Totally recommend it!

The apartment is beautiful, superb view, sea a few meters away, very quiet place, perfect for exploring the island. Sophia provided us with useful information about restaurants and places to visit, for the arrival her son welcomed us perfectly we will return to this wonderful island

It is a very spacious and modern apartment In a quiet location but everything is still close We were there only 3 nights but it can be 14 nights without problems

Elena was a wonderful host who went out of her way to personally welcome us during check-in. She shared many great tips for things to do in the area and was always available, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. She was very accommodating with our check-out and made sure we felt completely comfortable and at home. Everything was exactly as described and spotlessly clean. Highly recommended!

I am originally from Corfu but I've been living abroad for most of my life. I contemplated writing this review in Greek, but the reality is that Corfiots already know what a gem of a flat this is. So I am writing this in English to help anyone else who wants to visit. This is the most amazing AirBnB you will find in Corfu old town, period. If you've watched the Durrell tv series and wondered how it would feel to live in that era, but with modern amenities and comfort, look no further. Maria and Francesca's place is the most warm, authentic, well-kept, 200 year old apartment I have ever been to. St. Spiridon, Old and New Fortress, Liston square, Faliraki beach, Yacht Club, Kapodistrias' home, the Sunrise and Sunset are all there for you to enjoy from your countless windows or the one-of-a-kind Belvedere outpost, accessible by an interior staircase. Now, if you happen to spend Greek Easter here, you are in for a treat. You can see the fireworks, marching bands etc. right in front of you!

All the great reviews about Beatrice's place are right! The apartment had everything we needed, it was very comfortable and easy to keep cool. So lovely to be able to enjoy the loungers in the garden and then straight out the gate into the sea, with unbelievable views. Beatrice was so helpful in communicating and giving us all the info we needed, leaving treats to enjoy when we arrive and when we left. The flat is in a perfect location, we did not hire a car and had no problem walking to the supermarkets, bars and restaurants all within 10-15 mins from the apartment. There are even some excellent spots to eat and drink right on your doorstep. The food and drink at Seasalt next door is excellent. Thank you Beatrice and we hope to return soon!

We had a great stay at this apartment in Sarandë! The location is perfect, the view is beautiful, and the space was clean and comfortable for our group. One great bonus is that the apartment has a very good parking space for visitors, which made things even more convenient. Marjust is a fantastic host — extremely responsive and very, very attentive. He was always available when we had questions, and made sure everything went smoothly for us. Highly recommended!

Very lovable people own this magic place. They’ve been very caring with us every day. The place is absolutely amazing, you have a beautiful view on all ipsos bay and is very near to the beach bars and markets.

The beach house is the perfect beach house in an idyllic setting. The accommodation is spotless and well appointed. Xanthi also provides all the extras you would want for the beach towels kids toys and even sea kyaks and a paddle board. We had already stayed in Xanthis Corfu town apartment and before we left she had given us lots of info on the area which is a 5 min drive from Kassiopi with lots of tavernas and shops. You can also walk 20 mins to the town With the beautiful gardens and seating in and out of the sun you might find you never want to move further than the garden and the water outside your gate! We loved our stay at Villa Paloma. The Villa is pristine and beautiful and the views are spectacular! We throughly enjoyed the terrace and swimming pool and family suppers around the big outdoor dining table. Richard and his amazing staff took care of everything and we felt so welcome and at home. I highly recommend staying in this fabulous villa!

The place we stayed at was something we could only dream of. A small house with an incredible view, together with an amazing pool. The house was very private. Victoria is a great host and person. All communication was very fast and polite. Might go again in the future

We had a brilliant stay, the accommodation was spacious and well appointed. The A/C worked very well, and it felt very cool and restful inside. It’s been beautifully done up, and the charm of the old building is still there. The view was spectacular and the terrace perfect for breakfast and supper - we ate at home for a few nights so we could enjoy it! The drive up to the house is steep but easily manageable, especially if you remember to turn the AC in your car off so you have full power! The beaches all along this part of the coast and up towards Kassiopi are very pretty and in the first week of September not too crowded. Eating at Laurence Durrell’s old house… just up the coast in Kalami, The White House is well worth it… delicious! Would highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful time at Marina's place and felt very comfortable! The location directly on the water is simply a dream and you can hardly believe your eyes when you wake up in the morning and look directly at the sea from your bed. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need on vacation. Our highlight was the SUP boards that we were allowed to use to paddle on the water. Marina gave us great tips for the island and the surrounding area and her mother was always available as a local contact. We highly recommend the place ☺️

We had a wonderful stay at Spyros’s property. He was incredibly kind and welcoming, always available and attentive to anything we needed. The house itself is beautiful, with a lovely terrace, a charming garden, and private access to the sea. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here for a perfect getaway.

Amazing stay - Erini was so helpful and super quick with communication. The villa had everything we needed including a welcome hamper with wine and bread! The location is gorgeous and walkable to the beach and restaurants (25 minutes downhill by foot). Nisaki is super beautiful and our stay was perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to be close enough to enjoy good food but far away enough for a lot of a peace and quiet !

5 stars are not enough for Elpida! She was by far the kindest, most accommodating host I’ve ever had: friendly, helpful, and flexible throughout my stay. Her apartment is truly straight out of a design magazine. While it’s tucked right in the heart of Corfu’s UNESCO-listed Old Town, full of charm and history, the space itself is modern, thoughtfully furnished, and full of “good vibes.” Every corner is cozy, stylish, and sparkling clean. The view from the window of the iconic bell tower was breathtaking, and everything I needed: restaurants, shops, history, the sea, was just steps away. Airport is 30 mins walk! This was hands down the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at, and I’m already planning to come back. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you Elpida!

Sofia is a wonderful and kind host, she welcomed us although we have made the booking in the last minute! Zoe is an amazing host that I cannot recommend enough. Such a lovely, welcoming person who checked in with us throughput our trip to corfu and dropped us tea bags, coffee, sweets and snacks. A beautiful artistic apartment that we both never wanted to leave! Amazing view of the old fortress in corfu town and lots of tasty restaurant nearby.

Booked Konstantinos’ charming apartment for 5 days for a birthday trip with a friend, it was an amazing find, very central - great value for money. Beautiful interior with the perfect amount of space for us. We loved the attention to detail including a breakfast tray, beverages and having everything you may need during your stay stored around the place, very thoughtful! It was very hot in Corfu whilst we were there and the air-con and fans were much appreciated! Konstantinos had great communication throughout from start to finish and was already outside waiting to greet us and show us around the place, helping with our luggages too. A very bubbly and kind-hearted person, thank you Konstantinos :) I would highly recommend staying here if you are considering booking!

This is a lovely place to stay: bright and airy with a marvellous view out onto the sea. It's at the edge of the old town, so it's really quick and easy (especially with the help of your phone) to find your way around. The Faliraki beach is a five minute walk if you need a quick swim and there are plenty of nice places to eat all around. Apostolia could not have been more helpful with instructions, advice and recommendations. We had a wonderful holiday there.
