Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Kathikas

Ich habe mich gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Alles ist Sauber und Ordentlich gewesen, ich habe bei Fragen sofort eine Antwort bekommen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen!

We had a lovely time staying at Armenak & Mida’s place. They had a very in depth welcome pack for us when we arrived which was very helpful. We encountered a couple of obstacles when first arriving but Armenak & Mida when very prompt with their response and offered a solution almost immediately. I would recommend this stay to anyone travelling with family or friends!

Situated right in the center of a beautiful village with lots of Tavernas, cafes and bars. Even a small grocery shop! Everyone is so friendly! Great location as you in the hills but also only 20 minutes from the beach. The cottage has all you need with the added bonus of a terrace where we ate our breakfast/coffee and watched the world go by! There is a restaurant just opposite and others within a few minutes walk. It is such a perfect location.

I would definitely recommend staying here. The pool is lovely, gets lots of sun all day. The views are absolutely amazing. Another thing to mention is the easy to use kitchen, AC, and other amenities. Some gorgeous cats come to visit, just make sure to close the mesh over the doors as they seem keen to explore the house! Also plugs are English ones so no need for adapters! Comfy beds. Extra pillows. Downstairs of the house also stays cool during the day without air con. Would 100% recommend getting a car as most places in Paphos feel spread out. 15/20 minute drive to Paphos beach, harbour, coral bay, and Paphos old town. Free parking everywhere. Local restaurant Militzia Tavern was amazing, would recommend visiting (5 minutes by car). Hosts are lovely, very helpful, and friendly. Overall, lovely clean place to stay.

The house was as expected , everything clean and ready for us even extra towels including swimming towels which were most welcome. The new ceiling fans were brilliant when it became hotter than expected . This home was just what we needed. Located in the old village you need to drive to the beach and it is not a flat walk to the old village which can be hard if you are unfit or if it is too hot. However it is possible and under 10 minutes. The swimming pool was fantastic and only just behind the house . The local shops and restaurants are friendly and good value for money. The host gave lots of tips and information to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Would love to visit again

We visited Paphos for our friend’s wedding locally and we are so glad we found Svetlana’s place to stay. We enjoyed sitting by the pool most of the time and nearby walks along the beach. Some nice family friendly restaurants nearby too. We had a great week.

Pure bliss overlooking the coastline & a quick drive down to Coral Bay! We booked a stay in Casa Authentica Cypria while viewing flats for sale in Peyeia & very glad we did! Demetris popped in to greet us & told us bits of local history. Generous welcome pack was lovely, very hospitable & genuine folk- He's part Canadian, so no communication issues like elsewhere. Been in various properties around Cyprus, but this one felt like we were actually in true Cyprus, not just anywhere in the Med. I doubt you can get more of a Cyprus feel than this! Cool Cypriot artwork, lots of kitchen items & a gas BBQ we didn't have time to use. Olive trees & Med foliage: an ambiance you usually get in deep rural parts of Cyprus, but this house is very central. Wifi, local TV, bed, hot water all very good. Found nearby small supermarket, kebab shops & Arabica Cafe. Can't really think of anything we didn't love, only wish we stayed longer. I recommend a stay in Casa Cypria wholeheartedly! You'll love it!

Schon bevor ich hier ankam nahm sich Mike immer Zeit für mich. Mike ist, und auch seine Frau und sein Sohn seeeehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich, auch wenn ich nicht gut englisch kann. Great apartment. Spacious, clean and comfortable with great amenities. Next to a supermarket, bar, restaurant and coffee shop. 10 min walk to Tala Square and 20min drive to Paphos Great views from both balconies. Onsite pool. Very peaceful Highly recommended

A lovely trip to Paphos in such a lovely apartment! Everything was perfect- the welcome we received, the facilities, thoughtfulness of the hosts and the immaculate apartment. Hosts were available to contact throughout our stay, and the instructors were all clear and detailed. The area felt safe and was very walkable straight to the harbour and town 5mins away, and even 40min walk to Paphos old town and market (or a short taxi) which was perfect for us. Not a long journey from the airport either. So pleased with this trip and would definitely recommend :) thank you!

Wir haben 1 Woche in Manuels tollem Apartment verbracht 🙏🏻☺️ Eine atemberaubende wunderschöne Aussicht, in einer ruhigen Lage! 😍 Manuels Apartment war sehr gemütlich und bequem eingerichtet und entsprach den Bildern auf Airbnb. Wir haben vor unserer Ankunft eine Ausführliche Anweisung erhalten und es gibt abstellmöglichkeiten neben der Unterkunft oder im Innenhof für das Auto. Beim einchecken war alles sauber, das Bett frisch bezogen, frische Handtücher und das Apartment war mit wirklich allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Solch ein ausgestattetes Apartment hatten wir bisher selten. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt 😊 Bei Fragen ist Manuel immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit darauf eingegangen. Vielen Dank dafür und für den Aufenthalt 🫶🏻

Highly recommended! We had a great time staying here with a group of friends. We especially loved the BBQ area near the pool, fully equipped with everything you need. The pool is large and beautifully lit at night, with a stunning view of the city. The tennis court, billiards table, and gym added a nice variety to our stay. The house itself has everything for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. 10 out of 10 — we will definitely be back! 📍Philippos supermarket is just 5 minutes away by car, the beach is also a 5-minute drive, and restaurants and cafes are within 5–10 minutes as well.

Un sogno ! Abbiamo alloggiato insieme al nostro cagnolino nella splendida casa di Roberto. Casa curata nei dettagli, luminosa , pulizia eccellente . Si può vedere un tramonto mozzafiato dal balcone e rilassarsi nella stupenda piscina privata, insomma un momento di relax unico. Posizione ottima, Roberto body fantastico e amichevole , ci ha dato molti consigli su cosa vedere e dove andare, sempre disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Spiagge incantevoli ad un passo da casa. Torneremo sicuramente presto in questo piccolo angolo di paradiso ! Grazie ☺️

Brilliant stay in a great villa in a super location. Communication was first class with any questions answered almost immediately. Can highly recommend Danielle and the villa.

We had a fantastic stay at the villa. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures – modern, stylish, and very clean. We especially enjoyed the spacious terrace with a beautyful view – perfect for breakfast or relaxing in the evening. Maria was a wonderful host: kind, helpful, and always quick to respond. The location is peaceful yet close to great beaches, restaurants, and shops. We felt right at home and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

We stayed for two weeks in George's bungalow. It's located on a excellent spot at the beach The location is quite, but there is everything you need in walking distance. The bungalow provides everything needed and we enjoyed the garden and the sunbeds, while the beach is only a few steps away. We will come back and can definitely recommend it.

O apartamento é tal como descrito. Muito espaçoso. Cozinha completamente equipada, foi possível cozinhar refeições. AC na sala e no quarto (muito necessário). Casa de banho pequena mas confortável, tinha alguns produtos de higiene disponíveis. Kristis foi muito atencioso.

I felt really at home here. The outstanding view is etched into my soul. The veranda is large, comfortable and has everything you would need. Maria is the most responsive and personable host. Her thoughtful touches are everywhere. She even supplied fruit from her garden, and provided basics to get me started. The apartment is really well equipped, and there was nothing else that I needed. Maria even provided an umbrella, and folding seats for the beach. As other people have mentioned there is a road below the apartment, which might not be everyone’s choice, but that puts the apartment in easy access to all places of interest; Lachi, Baths of Aphrodite, Polis etc. The beaches are minutes away by car, as is the Marina and Polis town. You can walk to most things, (although there is a steep hill down from one side of the apartment, you can avoid this by going another route), there are buses that run frequently from below apartment. As you can tell this was a very enjoyable stay!

The house was even better than we expected! There was plenty of space for five people, everything was super clean, and the pool was great. The property is large and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning – we really enjoyed spending time there. The host replied very quickly and was always helpful with anything we needed. We felt very comfortable and had a great time. We’d love to come back and can truly recommend this place!

Christos was an awesome host who met us and explained how to use his beautiful home. Directions on Google maps did not give correct information to get to his home, however Christos was there to flag us down! He also directed us to all the great places to explore and dine at. Most in walking distance. The house itself was very comfortable and spacious. We had 3 adults, however 3 more could stay and still have plenty of room.

We had a great time staying in this lovely house. It was clean and comfortable and the location was superb. Quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommended and I would go back. Nectarios was very helpful with anything needed.

Simply perfect. Studio is located in the center of really authentic city Tsada. Apartment itself gives you ancient feel of how people really lived back in the day. I had great experience with locals, learned how to play tavli. Hosts are very lovely couple with whom we had a chance to grab a vine and talk about great history and culture of Cyprus. Studio has all that you need. Really grateful for such experience.
