Historically, Poliani has more than 45 Byzantine churches recorded to this day, while the church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary survives from the Byzantine period with remarkable frescoes of the 12th century.

Built of stone and wood in 1867 with the traditional structure of the mountainous Greek villages, it offers a unique view of the mountain and the stream as it is located at the end of the path. There is a parking space right below the house. The river Lousios is close enough for an adventurous tour!

Traditional three-storey tower house in Karytaina. Reconstructed with great care by the hosts with authentic wooden elements and traditional touches in the decoration. The house is in a very quiet area of the village overlooking the bridge of Alfios and the plateau of Megalopolis. It has 2 fireplaces, a spacious living room and high-ceilinged bedrooms. At the entrance there is a courtyard with shade from a large walnut tree and vines.

It was a stone house, and we renovated it in the most modern way but maintaining the original look.
