Holiday rentals with beach access in Kato Gouves

The appartment was perfect, great location with a balcony and view of the sea. Close to nice restaurants and a quiet area. About a 10mins walk to the busier nightlife area. Was also easy to find taxis at the main street behind the appartment. The aircon worked well, and the flat had kitchenette ideal for 2 people. A small shower but worked well and we didnt mind it being small seeing you only spend 3mins of your day in it. Thanos was great at check in and check out and personally welcomed us even late on a friday night. he showed us around the neighborhood and gave reccommendations which was a nice touch.A really comfortable stay. Would stay again if we come back one day!

Very spacious, modern apt with a beautiful balcony. The street noise below made it difficult to sit out and talk there, but the view of the ocean was very nice. Well appointed kitchen. Very clean and neat. Mihalis gave us a great recommendation for dinner nearby that was lovely. We had a nice stay here

We had a really very nice time at the place. You have everything nearby and yet you have your peace. In addition, Domenico is really an excellent host and takes care of everything you need. We will be happy to come back!

I was there for 8 nights with my girlfriend in early September and it was amazing! Both in terms of price and location, an absolute gem 💎 Analipsi as a place is also absolutely recommended if you want to have a relaxing and unforgettable vacation - from great restaurants with sea views to traditional Greek tavernas in the city center and absolutely warm people - and all within walking distance of the apartment! 🇬🇷 The sea was breathtakingly clear and the sandy beach was also a 5-minute walk from the apartment! It was just fantastic to get up in the morning in the best sunny weather to go to the balcony and enjoy the view of palm trees and the sea on the horizon 🌊☀️ Everything you need is on site and the connections to neighboring cities such as Chersonisos are also cheap and versatile 😁🙏🏽 I would book the apartment through Kallia again at any time! 🤝🏽 Thanks for this great place and the easy handling! 🫶🏽

We enjoyed our stay very much. The reception was friendly. George spontaneously picked us up and went shopping with us. Since we had difficulties with the rental car, George helped us directly to find another cheap car rental and announced us directly there. He gave us useful tips for our excursions. He recommended a great restaurant and even announced our arrival there. He provided us with new towels, bed linen and washing powder directly on request. We even received a gift. The view from the balcony to the sea was great. Georges' garden was also very lovingly laid out, where we could sit. The beach was a 5-minute walk away and the most beautiful in the area with very clear water. We recommend the place 100 percent. If you book there, you should book a rental car, as the supermarket and restaurants are at least 2 km away. Thank you, Georg, for 10 beautiful vacation days. We will be happy to come back.

Kindest and sweetest hosts. Went out of their way to make us feel at home and were always readily available for questions. Location is perfect and close to all the best spots. Private rooftop pool is lovely. Huge thanks for letting us check out late as there was no booking till the following day. It made all the difference in the world to our long trip home!

We spent wonderful and relaxing holidays in Dimitri's apartment. The apartment is fantastically beautiful and tastefully furnished, with high-quality furniture and it really lacks nothing. The terrace has a unique beautiful view of the sea and we spent many beautiful hours there. Dimitris is super friendly, always available and with helpful tips for excursions, restaurants, etc. he helped us a lot. He also organized the transfer from the airport and it worked out perfectly. The location of the apartment is also perfect. Supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance and the bus station is just across the street. We highly recommend the apartment, for us the most beautiful so far and we will gladly think back to the time and come back soon.

It was a very pleasant stay. Appartement was neat and everything was there that you need. The first day the appartement was a bit difficult to find, but Konstatinos reacted immediatly with the right location. He welcomed us and showed everything in the appartment. There was a possibility to get the appartment cleaned in the middle of our stay. That was very nice. The beach was 5 minute walk. A lot of restaurants and beachbars to choose from. Check-out was also very easy. In front of the building there is a free, large parking space, sometimes you have to wait a couple of minutes before there was a free spot, but overall we had a spot most of the time. We highly recommend this appartment!! Thank you for this pleasant stay!

Very comfortable two bedrooms. Fantastic location right on the shore with their own access to the water. A lot of good restaurants with in a walking distance.

We stayed in the villa four. Both bedrooms very comfortable. A/C is available in every room. A very lovely surprise from the host was that there were meals and drinks in the fridge for visitors and also fresh fruit/veggies. To make sure it's comfortable to enjoy a vacation and get around the island, it's a good idea to take a rental car, but with that, the host, Manoli, was happy to help. At the same time, the nearest beach, grocery store, bus stop and restaurant are 10min walk away. The hosts Daniela and Manolis are very friendly and helpful to make the holiday a great time. We definitely recommend the stay we 100% gave to everyone! If we had to visit Crete again, we'd definitely choose the same place to stay. 😊☀️

May 2025, 10 nights stay for three (2 adults, 1 toddler). Villa is really fantastic. Beautiful view of the sea and the bay. It offers plenty of space for more people (2 couples, 4-6 friends, 2 families) and for longer stays (storage space, cupboards and shelves, etc.). The furnishings correspond to the description and offer, even in the kitchen, everything you need. Our highlight was the covered terrace. Our flight was moved up at short notice. A significantly earlier check-in was no problem at all in our case. Stelios is a very friendly, helpful and dedicated host. We recommend him and his villa without reservation. Small restriction: the accommodation is a bit off the beaten track or the region is a bit scattered (mainly due to the geography of the terrain). Without your own car, it will be a bit difficult in our opinion. However, there is a free parking space directly at the house.

This place completely exceeded our expectations! It’s absolutely stunning, with a breathtaking, priceless view that made our stay unforgettable. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and accommodated. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommended!

Wow! We went to a bachelorette party 4 girls and it was simply amazing! George was long before the trip spoke to me on whatsapp and was available for all my questions. Booked us a taxi from the airport that arrived just on time and everything was very clear through whatsapp. Also at the entrance to the property, George received us, took luggage ( until check-in) and kept them in a secure room. The property is stunning and just right,cozy, clean, quiet neighborhood and right next to all the fun - exactly five minutes walking distance. Buy us some nibbles that were waiting for us in the room, was always available for questions and recommendations for us and even made me really good and took me a ride to the massage he had booked for me in advance in the area. Really was just perfect. I really recommend to anyone who wants to clear their minds and get reliable and professional service above and beyond.

Tasos is an extremely welcoming host. When we arrived late, we found a generously stocked fridge and freezer. Fruits, jams, rusks and cold and hot drinks were waiting for us. And Tasos was absolutely adorable to make our stay easier. We really appreciate it. Her apartment is very nice , the jacuzzi and the beautiful view make it a rare find. We highly recommend this rental, even more appreciated thanks to the many details Tasos has thought of.

I‘m more that happy that we decided to stay at Dimitri‘s place. He ish very kind and helped us right away, if we had any questions. The location is peaceful and has a great view. The beach is not far away and the size of the apartment is just perfekt for a single person or a couple. I will definitely visit again.

Marianna’s place was great - we had a very pleasant time there. The view over the Mediterranean Sea is stunning, and the location is easy to access. Her mum, Sonia, kindly made us a local pie upon arrival, and she was so friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There are several excellent restaurants nearby, and it’s only about 20 minutes to the Heraklion city centre. Highly recommended!

We stayed one night. This bnb has a nice big balcony with views of the hills and mountains. You’re close by to restaurants and night life of the city which we loved to walk through. Host provided recommendations for dinner and cafes across different budgets. If we had to stay two nights, we certainly would not have minded staying here again. Also, this bnb is on a very quiet street in an elevator building.

Very good location, easy check-in and a cozy place.
