Our house is very spacious and includes a sitting and dinnning area, three modern bedrooms with air condition and 1.5 bathrooms. It stands right on the Agrapidia beach. The house is located in Spartochori, Meganisi,Lefkas. This is a quiet family house located at the entrance of the village. It is newly renovated, decorated with paintings, flowers and seashells. It has stone walls that offer unique insulation from the heat and a fireplace to keep warm, a large terrace, private parking, a beautiful view of the sea and a large garden with lots of flowers. The village shops are a five minute walk from the house and the nearest beach is a 2 minute drive.

A stylish and cosy stone studio for two, in the middle of the picturesque Spartochori village, Meganisi. Located at the ground floor, featuring two single beds which connect to form a king size bed, an ensuite shower room, small kitchenette with two electric hobs and fridge, a desk. A dining table is for your use just outside the premises. At the side of the courtyard there is a small pool, shared with the two suites of Teacher’s House. A parking space 200m away is offered for free.
