Situated in Zambratija 3 km from Umag and 1km from Savudrija, located on the ground floor in a residential building built in 2011, while the apartment is renovated in 2016. Only 300 m from the apartment there is a sandy beach, and the restaurant is only 200 m away. At guests' disposal there is one parking space in front of the building. 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and a couche for 2 persons in the living room. The kitchen is full equipment with terrace. Miroslav and his wife are exceptional people. They welcomed us and showed us everything. The very clean and tidy apartment immediately made a great impression, not to mention the outdoor space with table, chairs, and garden. I had a problem with the car and Miroslav immediately found a solution by offering to accompany me. The area is quiet and the beach (the only sand in the area) can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Umag can be reached by car in a few minutes and there is no shortage of activities nearby for children. Absolutely recommend.

Lovely little place, very nice old town, surroundings and people. Always friendly and helpful contact of the four tenant. We enjoyed the view from the apartment the most, as well as the beach in front of the door.

Check-in was done by Trevitours in Umag and worked very well. The employee was very nice and gave us good tips. At the property we were warmly welcomed by Vesna. She apartment is great, there was everything we needed. The veranda is very nice with lots of seating and sunbathing facilities. The sea is just across the street, it has some bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Perfect, happy to come back!

Staying at Aleksandra's place met expectations. It had everything we needed. There was air conditioning in the hallway, almost the whole apartment cooled nicely, there was also a washing machine, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The location indicated in the listing was a bit misleading, the apartment is not located in Bašani but in 2km away Zambratija. Zambratija is an insanely small village where there is almost nothing - a few bars, two expensive restaurants, but a very good bakery. It is a short walk to Umag, about 10 minutes by car, and also Bašanija has nice restaurants. The beaches are diverse, you can also find natural shade, sand but it tends to be crowded. Overall, the stay met our expectations and I would definitely recommend the host Aleksandra.

Spela and her husband are incredibly warm hosts. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed and provided with great tips for excursions and restaurants in the area. The accommodation is a Mediterranean dream! Super stylish, modern, very well maintained and equipped with everything you need. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet and ideal for relaxing. Our highlights were of course also the sea right in front of the door, the private pool, the sports field and the beautiful nature all around. Even with two cars, parking was not a problem, there were always free spaces available directly in front of the house. Everything was as described and even better! Thank you for the warm welcome, the loving greeting, your help and your understanding with our little mishap, which we were able to solve quickly and easily. We'd love to come back! 🫶
