Holiday rentals in Katsouni

The villa we stayed (Paleokastro) in was just perfect. Lovely and peaceful view of the lush garden and sea in the distance from a spacious veranda. Zhulieta who manages the property could not have been more helpful with local recommendations and her cheerful personality added to us feeling welcome. The unit is fully equipped and they provided us with a welcome package of cake, coffee pods, wine and apricots from the garden. The Cocomat bedding was excellent for a good nights sleep. Well located to explore the island and close to the beach and dining options in Avlemonas. We highly recommend this for a wonderful stay in charming Kythira.

Great place, well equipped and in a very peaceful locations. about 15 minutes drive to many of the best beaches on the island. Excellent hospitality from the hosts.

Io e la mia famiglia (composta da 5 persone) abbiamo trascorso 12 giorni meravigliosi nella casa di Georgios. La casa e’ davvero molto carina, pulitissima, ariosa con un ampio portico. Ha due camere da letto: una spaziosa padronale con aria condizionata e una matrimoniale vicino alla zona giorno che ha un po’ meno privacy, il terzo letto era comodamente posizionato nel salottino che da sulla cucina. Per soggiornare in questa casa ma come del resto per trascorrere una vacanza nell’isola di Kityra e’ necessario avere un’auto. La bellissima spiaggia di Melidoni e’ a 10 minuti di strada e il centro di Livadi che ha supermercati e ristorantini a 5. Georgios e’ un ospite davvero molto gentile e attento. Consigliassimo per chi desidera una vacanza in pieno relax.

We spent a wonderful summer holiday at the villa. The location is great; it's very close to Chora and just a 15-20 minute drive from some of the best beaches on the island. The villa’s aesthetic is minimal yet cozy, incorporating natural materials and blending beautifully with the surroundings. We had a beautiful time there.

L’appartement était impeccable, très confortable pour une famille de 4 personnes. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jardin tout fleuri avec la table et les coussins. Bien située tout près du village et des services. Bons restaurants, en particulier la pizzeria chez Tony. La plage de Kapsàli est en beau sable et très agréable pour nager. Elle est située à seulement à 5 minutes en voiture où il y a plusieurs restaurants. L’hôte était très aimable et réactive lorsqu’on avait des questions ou besoin de suggestions. Fortement recommendé!

The apartment was new, clean with great views and a nice balcony. It is located in a small settlement which is peaceful so perfect if you want to avoid grouded noisy places but at the same time is very close to Kapsali and Xora where you can find restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Kalliopi is a wonderful host, polite, helpfull and also gave us a farewell gift with local products. Overall we enjoyed our stay and was a great choice to explore the island.

Katerina is a fantastic host. Someone was on hand to welcome us when we arrived and provided lots of great recommendations. Katrina was responsive and very helpful. We loved the house. It is simple but beautiful and is in the most amazing location. We had a fantastic stay. Thank you!!

Joshua is the perfect host! He’s very kind and making a great work by collecting informations about places beaches and food around the island so you won’t have to search anything.The house has a perfect view and it’s in a perfect spot near to Livadi and Chora. Super markets pharmacy and whatever you may need is about 5-10 minutes away. The house is big ,very clean and Joshua is stand by anytime at your services . The perfect place to relax!
