Nice, new studio (23m2)

A studio apartment with a balcony next to the Tampere Exhibition and Sports Center. Nice light materials. Public transportation to Tree and the airport. Everything you need near the shopping center Veska, Citymarket and Prisma 24/7, Lidl, Sale. The center of Tampere is about 6 km, the airport about 11 km, the Exhibition and Sports Centre I walk in the backyard, Nokia Arena 4.5 km. Lovely Härmälänranta approx. 1km. Note! The apartment is located in Hope, different map view as it cannot be changed

Aloita aamusi luontolenkillä, rentoudu pehmeissä löylyissä ja nauti virvokkeita aurinkoterassilla. Valmista ruokasi tyylikkäässä keittiössä, ruokaile omalla katetulla terassilla ja nauti rento iltasi olohuoneessa netflixin tai kaupungilla kulttuuri- ja viihdetarjonnan parissa. This small and compact apartment is located near good services, beautiful trecking paths and lakes with great swimming. You will reach Tampere city in 20 minutes by tram. There is no kitchen but the apartment is equipped for making coffee/tea, preparing breakfast and heating up food. If you stay longer, we can have a stove installed for your convenience. A peaceful location on 7th floor. Well suited for remote working and studying.

It was incredible to stay right in the center of Tampere and at the same time be in the shade of apple trees and lilacs in the “countryside” in a red log house. The parking space on the corner of the house was great. The apartment was fully equipped. Lush green plants made the room more comfortable. The environment is quiet. Many places recommended by hostess Satun were not visited, e.g. restaurant Lillan (hotel) and a walk around the nearby small lake. Next time. We'll be back.

Guests with the electrical vehicles should pay attention that you should get 3 phase plugin for industrial 3-p socket (owners asks 25s/kwt). So described opportunity could not be used, as far as description was not full! Tesla owners may charge with the teslaSuperCharger that located 3 km away from the house (at Ikea parking). After 11 p.m. should be quiet! If all above are not important for you, then your stay in Esas house will be pleasant & comfortable!

Had a wonderful stay while my own home was under renovation. The apartment is beautifully decorated, is in a quiet location, and served as an oasis away from the construction at home. It also has a really big balcony, which is surrounded by trees giving privacy. The morning light which comes in is just beautiful. The apartment is two floors up, so you feel safe, but it's also a safe area anyway. The host, Anastasia, is very friendly and responsive. Thanks again for a lovely stay
