Holiday rentals with beach access in Kaukana

The place looked even better than the photos. It was spacious and spotless. Laura and Silvio were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Very walkable area. Silvio met us at check in and gave very clear instructions to find nearby parking (covered lot with hourly rate; €15/24° max). Would stay there again. Thanks Laura and Silvio!

Enza was a great host, she was so helpful, kind and responsive. The apartment was perfect and so close to everything but down a beautiful quiet street.

We had the most beautiful time at this beach house and hope to come again one day! You can hear the sound of the ocean all the time, the interior is cosy and everything you need in the kitchen is there. The communication with Francesco was perfect. It‘s a gem.

If we ever find ourselves in Ortigia again (and I certainly hope we do) I know where we’re staying! Alessandra was a great host and her space is perfect for a couple.

This place was better than what we had asked for. Very spacious, extremely clean, walkable to all the amazing restaurants and farmers market. Francesco responded right away to any questions we had about the area. I can't wait to come back and stay in this location and beautifully clean home.

Salvatore made us feel right at home in Ortigia. He reserved a parking garage for us on the island, set us up with a private boat tour company, and provided the best restaurant recommendations - we ended up going back to his first recommendation a second time before we left! He answered all of our questions incredibly quickly, assisted with the remote check in process, and was really committed to making sure we had a wonderful time in Ortigia. I recommend anyone traveling stay in this apartment - it’s beautiful, modern, clean, quiet, and close to amazing restaurants and the water. Even for folks who normally prefer hotels or are new to airbnb, Salvatore is more engaged and proactive than any concierge! Can’t wait to come back.

Absolutely beautiful beach location with lovely sand and clear blue waters. Very clean, spacious and well-equipped apartment about 15-20 minutes' walk to the centre of Donnalucata along the beach. We travelled as a couple but would be fantastic place to bring children as sea is calm and fairly shallow. Very responsive host.

The apartment is just as described , we had a couple of problems Stefania and her husband took care of it very quickly to solve it , there is a place to park it is not a minor fact in Italy , the area is super quiet , for my taste a little far from the attractions

Good location within walking distance to sites, shops and restaurants! Clean and modern. Nice view of marina from upstairs bedroom!! Marcello provided a great list of places to go to and see! Convenient parking nearby if you need it. When the construction out front ends, the walkway will be a welcome edition. Euros requested for the tourist tax so remember to have exact change.

Nice and cosy apartment with a great rooftop. Watch out for the very steep stairs!

We had a wonderful vacation. The apartment is really great and has a unique view of the Mediterranean. Wenche is a super nice hostess who takes care of everything.

The place was perfect for the 6 of us (myself, my wife and 2 grown up children with partners). The description says 2 doubles and 1 twin, but Marco set the twin up as a double which felt like a double. The only slight comments are that: - there were only 5 sun beds by the pool - there was a shortage of glasses - the description says towels for bathroom and pool towels - there was 1 large, 1 medium and 1 small towel each which meant we could either have a large towel for use in the shower or by the pool.

We would like to thank Paolo for making us have a perfect stay. Paolo is a very kind host, the cleanliness of the accommodation is impeccable. Giovanni and Alessia are two perfect hosts. Friendly and discreet. The house was as described, very comfortable to the beach a few hundred meters away, spacious and recently renovated, with two large terraces. Absolutely recommended, equipped with essentials and air conditioning in all rooms!

A beautiful spacious property, well equipped and with a marvellous swimming pool in which we swam every day. Alberto and also Nisha were very responsive and helpful. The villa is an easy 15 -20 minute drive to Siracusa.

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Robin's place. From the first exchanges, his communication was fluid, responsive and caring, which gave us confidence. The accommodation, meanwhile, was impeccable, comfortable and located in a peaceful neighborhood, ideal for relaxing. Every detail seemed designed to ensure our well-being. Apartment in the heart of Ortigia but off the beaten path, excellent location and communication always at the top. Quiet and cozy apartment. The small bar of "Irma la dolce" below the house is an extra point.

We spent a very pleasant 10 days at Salvo and his parents place. After exploring the beautiful surrounding towns, we were able to spend time in the garden or cool off in the sea, to which there is direct access. The hosts are very hospitable and helpful. An ideal place for a quiet vacation in Sicily.

We had a wonderful stay in Claudio’s beautiful and elegant place. The location was perfect for exploring Noto. Claudio himself provided lots of excellent information (Ristorante Manna a real highlight) and was always extremely responsive. We very much hope to be able to stay again.

We are delighted with these three days spent in Syracuse with Fabio. The accommodation is extremely well located right next to Ortigia. We easily found a place to park. The accommodation is well equipped and very quiet. Fabio always available to answer our questions, I recommend.

staying here is like being a local Ortagian we were greeted at our parking space by Enrico who is Majas man on the ground who took us down the street to the apartment so much better than having to find a key lock box the apartment is superbly equipped and stylish in a typical Italian fashion large lounge with views two bedrooms both on a par ditto for the bathrooms on the third floor there is also an amazing terrace ideal for the alfresco breakfast sunbathing and pre dinner sundowners this was one of the best airbandbs we know and we would like to return
