We had an amazing stay! Marko and his father-in-law were incredibly friendly and responsive. The house is beautiful, and the surrounding area is just as lovely. We were also pleasantly surprised to find some delicious local products in the fridge. Would definitely love to stay here again!

A wonderful stay and a highly responsive and friendly host. Stunning view and a very comfortable and clean house. Excellent pool, comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. A beautiful and well kept garden added to the outdoor ambiance. We enjoyed the location of being away from the busier areas around Kotor Bay but still easy to reach the various towns and beaches/waterfronts by car, which is essential.

Liebe Marica und lieber Marko, vielen lieben Dank euch noch mal für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Möglichkeit, in eurem Haus zu bleiben! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist paradiesisch, dieser Aussicht von dem ganzen Grundstück auf die grünen Berge und Meer ist umwerfend! Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen auf der Terrasse an dem großen Tisch zu essen (der Tisch ist neu und noch nicht auf den Fotos) und im beheizten Pool zu baden. Das war perfekt. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Häuser. In einem ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Galerie. In anderem gibt es zwei Einheiten jeweils mit separatem Eingang (ein Schlafzimmer in 1. Etage, zwei Schlafzimmer zusammen in 2. Etage). Alle Einheiten haben eigenes Bad. In der Unterkunft ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden und sogar noch mehr, weil die Besitzer auch selbst da wohnen. Die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach, aber auf jeden Fall machbar, man soll gut Auto fahren können. Marko gibt viele nützliche Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Viele Grüße

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. Wir haben die Zeit bei Dusan und Nelly sehr genossen. Sie sind sehr herzliche und aufgeschlossene Gastgeber! Beide waren immer ansprechbar und haben uns gute Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung gegeben. Eine besondere Überraschung war der Geburtstagskuchen für unsere Mädels. Die Einrichtung des Apartments ist neu, durchdacht und hochwertig. Sehr hilfreich waren die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war ebenfalls Traum! Und der Pool wurde von den Mädels sehr intensiv genutzt. Durch die liebevolle und persönliche Gestaltung haben wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Fantastiskt boende, ännu bättre än vad bilderna visar. Terrassen kan man njuta av hela dagen och på kvällen se när solen går ner bakom bergen. Beba var dessutom den bästa värd vi haft, hjälpte alltid till, körde oss från flygplatsen och hjälpte oss att tvätta våra kläder.

Great little house close to old town but in a quiet spot! We had an issue the first day with AC since the drain pipe had been wrapped around the unit by someone. Host was going to have it fixed and responded well before we figured out the problem ourselves. Only complaint was there were ant lines by the front door and window of one of the bedrooms

We loved it here! Felt right at home from the beginning. Perfect for a family with two teenagers. We walked down to the small beach the first night and it was lovely not busy or touristy. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is new and spotless. Beautiful views out of all the windows. Zdravko and his mom Bela were very responsive and kind. One of the BEST Airbnbs we’ve stayed at.

I cannot thank Ivona enough for such a pleasant stay, the home was stunning, clean and had many amenities, the home had the most beautiful scenic view of the mountains and lake. Ivona helped us with loads of recommendations and offered us taxi services (which saved us from being scammed at the airport). She’s very responsive and kind, overall 10/10 would most definitely recommend!!

Très bon séjour chez Marko ! Endroit tranquille, accès au port en moins de 10 minutes à pied. Calme, paisible. L’hôte ainsi que sa famille ont été très accueillants et gentils avec nous, on pouvait compter sur eux si nous avions besoin de quoi que ce soit. L’hôte a même accepté d’annuler notre dernière nuit pour que je puisse aller fêter mon anniversaire dans un hôtel ! Très agréable, j’ai apprécié, je recommande.

Bizi gayet güzel karşılayarak ilk başta evimizi gösterdi evimizin bahçesi temizliği son derece iyi ve güzel düşünülmüştü. Türkiyeden geldiğimiz için bize türk kahvesi bile almıştı. Kendimizi evimizdeymişiz gibi hissettik. Sadece kendi başımıza eve giderken ilk başta çok zorlandık. Ev sahibimizin dediği gibi konum tam olarak eve doğru götürmedi. Gayet güler yüzlü bir ev sahibiydi. Kendisini ve misafirperverliğini çok sevdik ❤️

Perast is the most magical place we have been and the stone house adds to that. For a group it is well equipped, has lots of different spaces to hang out and relax and has amazing views. It is a very short walk into the village. We hope to be back one day to enjoy it for longer!

We loved our stay at Ray’s place and our stay in Perast. The location was perfect- right in the middle of town and walkable to everything. The accommodations were comfortable and we loved waking up each morning to a sea view and having coffee on the front patio. We had some travel issues and Ray was extremely helpful, gave great advice, and responded to all questions right away. We highly recommend this house.

Elena's place is outstanding! Located on the waterfront in Lepetani it has a fabulous view and just a stone's throw from the ferry to Kamenari. The house/apartment itself is fabulous, super-modern, furnished impeccably, with all the amenities you might need, and squeaky clean. The location was great because you get to feel like you are in a small village but within a few minutes drive you can be in downtown Tivat. It's also fun to take the ferry (free for pedestrians) over to Kamenari (a 6-minute crossing) and try out the restaurants on the other side. Elena is probably the best host I have met through AirBnb. She is super friendly, very, very responsive, very accommodating, and had a TON of suggestions for what to see, where to eat, etc. We loved staying at Elena's place and miss it already. All-in-all a five-star stay!

Fantastic stay with one of the best hot tubs in terms of quality of the hot tub itself and the beautiful views from sitting within it. Comfortable bed. The walk into town is easier than the walk back, but there are plenty of taxis. The home is really well equipped with everything you need, including washing detergent for the washing machine, and the beer and wine were gratefully received too (thank you). The garden was a peaceful place to have a drink, a relax, and read a book. The outside table wasa great place to have an Al fresco meal. Communication with our host, Snezana, was good and helpful. If I come back to Tivat I will look to stay here again.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment en famille dans le logement d aneta et zorica. La vue est magnifique et le logement vraiment très confortable ! Aneta et Zorica avaient décoré l appartement pour l anniversaire de notre fille, c'était vraiment une très belle attention !je recommande a 100%!il y a beaucoup de site a visiter a 20 minutes de l appartement, l emplacement est idéal !merci beaucoup.

Un vrai coin de paradis, je confirme tous les commentaires positifs précédents ! Un tel environnement à taille humaine, calme et fleuri, avec accès direct à la mer depuis la jolie terrasse, sans route à traverser, est absolument unique au Monténégro. Le logement est très bien fourni et entretenu. Jelena s’est montrée proactive et très disponible. Nous y avons passé un séjour inoubliable 😊

İlk defa yurtdışına çıkan 2 çocuklu bir aile olarak; evin konumu gayet güzeldi. Özel park yeri olduğu için kafamız rahattı. Kotor old citye araba ile gittik. Girişte bir sorun yaşamadık. Ev sahibi hanımefendi sorduğumuz her soruya hızlıca cevap verdi. Genel olarak gayet memnun kaldık

Its a nice little spotless studio flat. Perfect for couples and couples with a kid. Host is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.
