Holiday rentals with beach access in Kavala Prefecture

We were there with four children (8,11,13,14) and the house was just perfect for us. Plenty of space and large rooms, the kitchen is perfectly equipped as we like to cook every day. The beach is 5 minutes away and the city center is about 10 minutes on foot. Very nice, friendly and accommodating hosts. Very good value for money. We would come back anytime. Netflix was the highlight for the kids. :)

One of the best air bnb experiences I have had. So good, it was so close to the beach and had everything we needed. Theodora is so sweet and did a lot more than we expected. Great place to stay. Two minutes from the beach area and five minutes from shops and restaurants. Nothing was missing in the studio. Communication with the host for everything is continuous. I recommend for a holiday. Thanks to the host.

Lovely apartment with garden, very near to the beach. Clean, cozy and cool, with all amenities. The landlord is very helpful, assists in everything. I am very happy with my choice and my stay.

Lovely apartment, cleanliness top notch, everything was fragrant, very tidy. It has a very beautiful sea view. It has a parking spot where you pass the elevator and go up to the house, very important. Napoleon is a great host, very friendly and helpful. I recommend it to everyone!

It's truly a heavenly place, just like its name. It was very nice to spend a holiday with a green garden, beautiful fruit trees and flowers. Our hosts are the most wonderful, friendly hosts we have ever met. They have offered us many treats since we arrived. They also sent us off with gifts. If you prefer a calm and peaceful place, this is definitely the right address. The garden has a very beautiful view both day and night. The sea is very close and the entire coast is incredibly calm. The cleanliness of the house was very nice. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely prefer this place again if we come back.

Despina's parents, Anna and Giorgios, are wonderful hosts. As well as preparing the apartment perfectly for us, they also served us several delicious meals unexpectedly. The location is 2 minutes from an unspoilt beach, surrounded by rocky coastline perfect for snorkeling (we saw octopus, garfish, cuttlefish, painted comber, and grouper). We had an idyllic holiday, and hope to return next year!

Honestly one of the best places we have stayed. House is beautiful and amazing location!! The host was very helpful, friendly and helped us in many ways with recommendations! Anastasia's house is a very nice house to stay in peace. There is always hot water for showers. There are enough kitchenware for those who want to have breakfast at home, maybe a classic teapot could have be better. There is a great stove, clean and easy to use. We stayed in May and a few logs of wood were enough to sleep in a warm house until the morning. Although there were instructions on the way to the house, we arrived very late at night, so we had some difficulty finding the house. The house is outside the village, so you need a car to go shopping, have breakfast or at least to the beach.

It exceeded our expectations! We were a bit surprised by the outdoor dining area but it was perfect for us. We would stay here again.

It's a great place to have a relaxing holiday. There was nothing missing except for the fact that there was only one toilet in the house. The host was very flexible about check-in and check-out.

We had a wonderful seaside vacation at Niko’s place with our kids. The apartment is right on the beach, safe and secluded, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our children could safely play outside—in the yard, on the beach just steps away, or at the basketball court right in front of the building. The beach was beautiful, and the view from the terrace was unforgettable and peaceful, accompanied by the songs of birds. Niko was quick to respond and helpful with everything. We definitely recommend this place!

Absolutely loved our stay in Kavala at this charming place! The view from the window was truly breathtaking and made the uphill climb completely worthwhile. Having a parking spot was a huge plus given the limited availability in the area. The space was cozy and clean and the bedroom was comfortable. We also appreciated the hot water with great pressure—it was perfect for unwinding. Overall, it was a delightful and relaxing quick getaway. Highly recommend!

The house is in a great location, close to the beach and to all the establishments. The two bedrooms were large enough. The bathroom is quite small. The living room is also small, but this is made up for by having a very nice and spacious deck. Yard is wonderful. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful.

Mary is our most favourite host. This is our second stay in her place and hopefully not the last one. She is an extremely kind, responsive, friendly and nice person. She makes us feel at home every time. The communication with her is very easy and fast, no wait to answer you back. The apartment is extremely clean, convenient and spacious enough for comfortable stay. It has everything you might need. Our favorite part of the apartment is the lovely terrace with an amazing view of the port of Kavala. The location is top - the heart of the old town, walk distance away from the nice tavernas, shops, bars and cafes. We absolutely recommend and would happily come back again.
