Waterfront holiday rentals in Kavala Prefecture

First of all, the view from the terrace of the apartment is so beautiful, it's actually breathtaking! The pictures don't do it justice! The area is very nice, the local beach is only 2 mins away - a short walk down the path from the apartment building. The apartment itself is very nice, clean, newly renovated and furnished, it had a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine with pods and everything else, that we needed. We felt right at home and didn't feel like leaving:) Our host Bill was truly wonderful, always so helpful, and he gave us great recommendations for places to visit and things to do in the surrounding towns - Nea Irakltsa, Nea Peramos and Kavala. Thanks to our wonderful host, in front of the building there was always a place for us to park our car. The most famous beach in Northern Greece - Ammolofi beach, is only 15 mins away by car, so we were going there every day. All in all - great visit, great host and great stay. We hope we can come back soon again!

The apartment is fantastic - clean, comfortable, with a magnificent view. The location is quiet and very beautiful. It has everything needed for the perfect vacation close to nature. We had a wonderful stay with sea sounds, a sea of flowers, sunrise without heat in the room and a great evening atmosphere right by the sea. From time to time, even the goats come by ☺️ simply pure relaxation. The hosts are very friendly and always available. We will be happy to come back.

It has been a great stay. House has all facilities, well conditioned. We stayed for 5 days, my wife and two kids. Enjoyed a lot. Sea view is wonderful. Bedrooms are comfortable. Perfect house to stay in Kavala. I would love to visit again. You can find free park areas around.

We had an amazing long weekend at this wonderful place. Mary and her husband are the best! Very kind and very positive people, who are always ready to help and support. The see is just in front the house and the view (see + amazing garden with many flowers) is really beautiful. There are many good restaurants close to the house. Gelato and coffee also. We would like to visit this place again in the nearest future. 😊

5 stars is a little, we give you SEVEN! We are delighted with everything: apartment, furniture, welcome, communication but also by the landscape and surroundings. Located on the seashore, with all the windows to the sea, in a quiet area from which you have access in a radius of a few km to the amusement area and from which you can start in mini-courses in the surroundings, we covered an area of over 100 km towards Thassos and Thessaloniki. The cherry on the cake was Mount Athos, at a distance of 100km (an hour and a bit by car) but which really can be seen from the window when it is clear. We highly recommend and aim to come back.

The host was very hospitable and friendly. She was very friendly. It was very easy to get into the house. The house was very clean and tidy. Everything needed was available. The house was located very close to the sea. The sea was sandy and very clean. It was a very enjoyable holiday. We felt right at home. Many thanks to the host… Would recommend to anyone who wants to go to Kavala.

The house was perfect. The location and view are very good. Dimitrious is a very nice and kind person. He thought of everything for us. It is quite enough for a family of four. There is a single car parking lot for the house. Thank you Dimitrious. If we come to Kavala again, my choice is Sailor's Delight.

Staying at Diana's house has been a wonderful experience. The house was spotlessly clean, convenient, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. It easily fit more people. We were a group of eight and always had enough dishes, cutlery and space to sit all together. We loved the seating areas outside the house. At any time of the day there was a spot in the shade where you could eat or just chill and enjoy the stunning nature around. Some of us regularly took a nap on the sofa outside. As mentioned by Diana, the beach was stoney and there were urchins, so shoes were definitely needed. The water was very clear and it was perfect for snorkelling. Plenty of sea life to see. Easy to paddle or row to other nearby beaches or to a cliff jumping spot if you feel adventurous. While the village and the organised beaches were quite busy, we were mostly by ourselves. Diana has been an amazing host - very friendly, caring and helpful. Overall, a place to come back to!

We enjoyed our stay in Claudia's apartment. Especially the patio off one of the bedrooms. Very walkable to great restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery shopping.

We couldn't have spent our short time on Thassos better 🏝️ We were very kindly and warmly received by Afroditi and her husband. They were available to us for any queries. We felt super comfortable and welcome. Afroditi also spoiled us with vegetables and food from her own garden. The accommodation was just perfect all around! The equipment was in excellent condition, neat and clean. There was enough space for 3 people. The highlight of the accommodation is of course the location directly by the sea. The natural water is perfect for swimming and snorkeling ❤️ Despite the location directly on the main street, none of it could be heard and is drowned out by the relaxed sound of the sea🌊 In the evening, enjoying the sunset from the terrace was of course a must. We would recommend Afroditi's accommodation to anyone who wants to explore this wonderful island.

Great place to stay very central to the city, parking was available but not free as we received a parking ticket. Lots of amenities within the place but dishes could have been cleaner. Water in the shower didn’t stay hot for very long. The host was kind and very responsive when asked a question.

A great location. A few minutes walk from 2 different beautiful beaches. The house was spotless. It has a very sweet and well-kept garden. There is no parking problem. Christos and his father are very hospitable. They always gave us treats. We were very happy to stay in this house. I hope we will come back one day.

Great location. Stores nearby, great resturants reachable by car or long walk. Paolo's place is suitable for 2 adults with 2 kids with no big expectations for lux. More like vilage experience.

The house is perfect for a small family,there is everything you need.The sea is just in front of it. You can relax at the terrace and go few steps to cool down in the water.Anna and Sofia are great and helpful hosts.

The apartment is exactly as described. Great place, near lot of restaurants and bars. 3 mins walking until the closest beach. The owner is very friendly and responsive. Would come back with pleasure.

Very nice apartment. Very clean. The images as well as the host's description do justice to the home which is much better. Fully equipped, it even had bottles of bottled water and an electronic pump. It even had a nespresso machine... Beautiful decor. Had instruction booklet with photos of anything one would need. The only thing we could call moderate was the Internet speed which was very slow. Overall we were very satisfied, I would call it the best accommodation we have visited. We'll do it again!

The flat was nice, didn't spend much time in it to comment on amenities. Very welcoming and accommodating host, even picked us up from the nearby petrol station as we couldn't find the flat ourselves. A delicious welcome cake was waiting for us in the kitchen. Location is great as it has direct access to the beach. Will visit again

Beautiful placee, with amazing balcony and view, clean, perfect for spending a quality vocation time! Hostes were super helpful and nice. 2 minutes walking distance to the beach!!! We loved this place! Definitely will come again.
