Waterfront holiday rentals in Kavala Prefecture

First of all, the view from the terrace of the apartment is so beautiful, it's actually breathtaking! The pictures don't do it justice! The area is very nice, the local beach is only 2 mins away - a short walk down the path from the apartment building. The apartment itself is very nice, clean, newly renovated and furnished, it had a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine with pods and everything else, that we needed. We felt right at home and didn't feel like leaving:) Our host Bill was truly wonderful, always so helpful, and he gave us great recommendations for places to visit and things to do in the surrounding towns - Nea Irakltsa, Nea Peramos and Kavala. Thanks to our wonderful host, in front of the building there was always a place for us to park our car. The most famous beach in Northern Greece - Ammolofi beach, is only 15 mins away by car, so we were going there every day. All in all - great visit, great host and great stay. We hope we can come back soon again!

The apartment is fantastic - clean, comfortable, with a magnificent view. The location is quiet and very beautiful. It has everything needed for the perfect vacation close to nature. We loved our stay! Our host was so lovely and helpful, replied to our questions quickly and was super friendly. The flat is cute, has everything you could need with a great bedroom, homey kitchen and spacious living room. The terrace is also huge and peaceful! Very easy to find and has shaded parking right underneath. The beach is literally 5 minutes walking down the road, with a beach cafe right on the golden sands. There is also a fantastic restaurant almost right across the road. It’s perfect for a little family holiday. So happy with everything! Had the best stay and would definitely go back.

It has been a great stay. House has all facilities, well conditioned. We stayed for 5 days, my wife and two kids. Enjoyed a lot. Sea view is wonderful. Bedrooms are comfortable. Perfect house to stay in Kavala. I would love to visit again. You can find free park areas around.

We had an amazing long weekend at this wonderful place. Mary and her husband are the best! Very kind and very positive people, who are always ready to help and support. The see is just in front the house and the view (see + amazing garden with many flowers) is really beautiful. There are many good restaurants close to the house. Gelato and coffee also. We would like to visit this place again in the nearest future. 😊

The house was perfect. The location and view are very good. Dimitrious is a very nice and kind person. He thought of everything for us. It is quite enough for a family of four. There is a single car parking lot for the house. Thank you Dimitrious. If we come to Kavala again, my choice is Sailor's Delight.

Staying at Diana's house has been a wonderful experience. The house was spotlessly clean, convenient, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. It easily fit more people. We were a group of eight and always had enough dishes, cutlery and space to sit all together. We loved the seating areas outside the house. At any time of the day there was a spot in the shade where you could eat or just chill and enjoy the stunning nature around. Some of us regularly took a nap on the sofa outside. As mentioned by Diana, the beach was stoney and there were urchins, so shoes were definitely needed. The water was very clear and it was perfect for snorkelling. Plenty of sea life to see. Easy to paddle or row to other nearby beaches or to a cliff jumping spot if you feel adventurous. While the village and the organised beaches were quite busy, we were mostly by ourselves. Diana has been an amazing host - very friendly, caring and helpful. Overall, a place to come back to!

We enjoyed our stay in Claudia's apartment. Especially the patio off one of the bedrooms. Very walkable to great restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery shopping.

Besser hätten wir unsere kurze Zeit auf Thassos nicht verbringen können 🏝️ Wir wurden von Afroditi und ihrem Mann äußerst freundlich und herzlich Empfangen. Sie waren bei jeglichen Rückfragen für uns erreichbar. Wir haben uns super wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Afroditi ließ es sich auch nicht nehmen uns mit Gemüse und Lebensmitteln aus ihrem eigenen Anbau zu verwöhnen. Die Unterkunft war rundum einfach perfekt! Die Ausstattung war in hervorragenden Zustand, ordentlich und reinlich. Für 3 Leute war genug Platz vorhanden. Das Highlight der Unterkunft ist natürlich die Lage direkt am Meer. Zum schwimmen und schnorcheln ist das natürliche Nass perfekt geeignet ❤️ Trotz der Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße, war kein bisschen davon zu hören und wird vom entspannten Meeresrauschen übertönt🌊 Abends den Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse zu genießen war natürlich ein muss. Wir würden Afroditis Unterkunft jedem empfehlen wenn er diese wunderbare Insel erkunden möchte.

We stayed at Konstantinos’ place with three families, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely stunning, right next to the sea. The beach and the house’s garden were perfect for the kids, who enjoyed every moment. The host was an incredibly responsive host, promptly answering all our questions and providing excellent recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. We would definitely love to visit again.

Unser Aufenthalt im Juni bei Christos und seiner Familie war sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Christos war sehr freundlich und kommikativ. Der schön gepflegte Garten war optimal um nach einem Strandtag zu entspannen. Der nahegelegene Strand und die Glyfoneri Bucht sind sehr schön. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen! Wirklich empfehlenswert 👍

Great location. Stores nearby, great resturants reachable by car or long walk. Paolo's place is suitable for 2 adults with 2 kids with no big expectations for lux. More like vilage experience.

Plajı taş olmasına rahmen bir bölümünü temizlemişler ve kum olan kısımdan denize ulaşabiliyorsunuz.markete biraz uzak oldugu için gitmeden ihtiyaçlarınızı almakta fayda var. Anna ve arkadaşı Sophia’ya herşey için çok teşekkur ederiz.

Stavroula ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin die alle möglich Wünsche erfüllt. Das Airbnb war sehr sauber und entsprach den Beschreibungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Πάρα πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα. Πολύ καθαρό. Οι εικόνες καθώς και η περιγραφή του οικοδεσπότη αδικούν το κατάλυμα το οποίο είναι πολύ καλύτερο. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, είχε ακόμη και μπουκάλες με εμφιαλωμένο νερό και ηλεκτρονική αντλία. Είχε ακόμα και μηχανή nespresso... Όμορφη διακόσμηση. Είχε φυλλάδιο οδηγιών με φωτογραφίες για οτιδήποτε θα χρειαζόταν κανείς. Το μόνο που θα μπορούσαμε να χαρακτηρίσουμε μέτριο, ήταν η ταχύτητα του Internet η οποία ήταν πολύ αργή. Γενικά μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι, θα το χαρακτήριζα το καλύτερο κατάλυμα που έχουμε επισκεφθεί. Θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!

The flat was nice, didn't spend much time in it to comment on amenities. Very welcoming and accommodating host, even picked us up from the nearby petrol station as we couldn't find the flat ourselves. A delicious welcome cake was waiting for us in the kitchen. Location is great as it has direct access to the beach. Will visit again

Beautiful placee, with amazing balcony and view, clean, perfect for spending a quality vocation time! Hostes were super helpful and nice. 2 minutes walking distance to the beach!!! We loved this place! Definitely will come again.
