Holiday rentals with breakfast in Kawarau Falls

Andre and Daniela were great hosts and very knowledgeable about the area. We stayed for 6 days and could have stayed more. The house is modern and you will be made to feel at home straight away. A good selection of breakfast was provided each day. Would recommend to others if you are looking for a comfortable stay a short drive from town with friendly hosts that can give you suggestions day to day.

Gorgeous cottage in a great location. We had such a happy stay in this house and would love to come back and explore more of this beautiful region while relaxing and enjoying this terrific house. It had everything we needed, and provided a relaxing spot to enjoy some peace and sunshine after a busy day of seeing the sights. Perfect, cosy retreat in wonderful Arrowtown.

Margi’s was the perfect little spot for our overnight trip to Queenstown airport….. everything we needed was at our fingertips and we were handy to the airport the cafe and our daughter

Josh's place is beautiful and only a quick drive to Queenstown. Josh was very responsive and made sure we had all we needed for our baby. Definitely recommend

I spend one night in Annas apartment and I really liked it. It is more spacious than it looks on the pictures and has everything for a shorter stay. Also Lake Hayes Estate is great if you are looking for a quiet place close to Queenstown.

I had a lovely stay at Lauren’s place! Everything was really clean and neat, the bed is super comfortable and the place has everything you need for a few days. Lauren was really nice and helpful and always responded quickly, a perfect host! Queenstown is just a beautiful walk through the forest away, it’s a perfect way to start the day! Can totally recommend!

Great place to stay. Clean, private, with beautiful surroundings. Close to historic town. Easy to find. Lisa is very responsive and friendly. Was enjoyable to deal with. Fully reccommending.

Sharon was a very gracious host. Despite not having toys on site, when my niece asked for one, she got her a toy on our return from a day out. The place is in a good distance from town.

Amazing views from this home , didn’t realise there were people also staying downstairs so you have to be careful with movements as your upstairs, but over all amazing accom close to city and stunning surroundings.

Better than what we could have imagined! No.8 Queenstown will forever hold some out happiest memories. We stayed here for 4 nights for our 10 year anniversary and the place was immaculately presented, smelt so fresh & clean & it was somehow even better than the photos! The views from the living area and bath are breathtaking. Karine is so pleasant, incredibly helpful & generous in the additional amenities that she provided & it was truly hard to leave. I cannot wait til we can come back again. Thank you for making our Queenstown stay the absolute best!

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Arrowtown. It was well located, clean and had all the amenities we required for our 4 night stay. Treena was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Janet’s place . We were given a beautiful room with an amazing view and a divine kingsize bed with crispy cotton sheets … The shared balcony is a pleasure and facilities are there on offer to take out drinks and relax .. sweeties on tap are an extra treat We had an amazing stay in Queenstown and Frankton is a great spot to stay as you can access river walks straight into town or take the super water taxi which is very reasonable and great fun . Waiorau Homestead was absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations. Our hostess Ann was extremely attentive and made sure we had every thing on hand to ensure a relaxing and peaceful stay. The most comfortable bed and luxurious down comforters and pillows were 5 star quality. Our room was thoughtfully decorated and felt like we were in a Parisian Hotel. A lovely buffet breakfast greeted us each morning which comprised of seasonal fruits, cereals , eggs on toast and croissants followed by freshly brewed coffee. Thank you so much for having us & making our stay perfect.

Great stay! The host was very hospitable and the complimentary continental breakfast exceeded all expectations. Location was perfect for our needs, down the road from the airport, and perfectly quiet to get some much needed rest.

Absolutely lovely accommodations. Everything was clean and comfortable. I was able to do a load of washing, which was greatly appreciated. Gary was great to talk to and made me feel right at home. Highly recommend.

The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking – I’ll never forget falling asleep under the sparkling Milky Way at night. The house’s location was great , with the bus stop just a short walk away, making it so easy to explore the area. The bed was incredibly comfortable (I slept better here than at home!), and I truly appreciated how safe and peaceful the entire stay felt. Peggy ’ve created such a special retreat, and I’m already dreaming of returning someday.

Very kind grandparents, smooth communication，beautiful house, clean and warm rooms, convenient shopping, about 10 minutes drive to Woolworths. There is a large playground behind the house, and there are also many children's books and toys at home, which are very suitable for living with children. It was a very happy living experience, and if there is a chance, I will come back and recommend it to others!
